Racing Queensland advises the race meeting scheduled for Saturday, May 18 on the course proper at the Gold Coast Turf Club has been transferred to the Polytrack.
The change has necessitated amendments to some races and distances on the program:
- Open Handicap (1100m - $28,000) remains;
- Class 3 Handicap (1200m - $28,000) is now Benchmark 65 Handicap (1200m);
- Benchmark 62 Handicap (2200m - $28,000) is now 2000m;
- Benchmark 58 Handicap (1200m - $28,000) remains;
- Maiden Handicap (1700m - $30,000) is now 1540m;
- Maiden Plate (1200m - $30,000) remains;
- 3YO Maiden Handicap (1000m - $30,000) is now 1050m; and
- 2YO Maiden Plate (Set Weights) (1200m - $30,000) remains.
