ROLL WITH ROCKY (6) tackled the 2040m trip last time out from this same gate when sent to the breeze and doing it the hard way. Only fading the closing stages, it was a tough effort that had followed a wide trip when 3m from the winner JAMAICAN RESORT. The gate dents the hopes, but he will be in the fight.

SQUATTER SHANNON (1) was obliged to roll the sleeves and do it the tough way last time out and faded in the latter stages. 3m in arrears of STORM GILBERT the start prior, he can look to capitalise on the gate.

THERESACHANCE (1) has good early speed that will avail the options. Leading them up last time out, a 2^nd stanza breather allowed him to set a strong closing 800m before being nabbed late. Not far from CRUNCH TIME 2 starts back, he can feature.

JUST JOSHIN (7) will need some factors to fall his way, from this gate, but if able to see the lane with momentum, he can be chiming in. Strong in the breeze behind the smart GAME SET MAJOR on Saturday, he will be probing.
