RACE ONE

ZARAS A TREASURE (1) was beaten by a wide alley here last start when finishing midfield behind CALVERT HOT SHOT. Down the line over the AP 2138m two starts back behind subsequent winner JACCKA WALLY, the improved gate gives her the chance to bounce back to winning form.

EVERYTHING HAPPENS (9) has been runner-up at his past two attempts, beaten a nostril and then a head last time out. Working home strongly from back in the pack last start, the gate does him no favours in issuing the challenge.

MONTEREY JACK (8) has claimed wins in 2 of his past 4 starts, the latest when finishing over the top from the 1x1 trail to claim victory. With the right trail through from this gate, he can make a play.

ALLAMBIE (3) was hemmed away on the poles from inside the second line last start and when the gap appeared charged home to grab the silver. With the right trip she can feature.

SELECTIONS: ZARAS A TREASURE (1), EVERYTHING HAPPENS (9), MONTEREY JACK (8), ALLAMBIE (3)
SUGGESTED BET: ZARAS A TREASURE (1) to win

RACE TWO

TEACHERS PET (3) has been in super touch this season where she has been well placed but will need to take the next step in this battle. Firing out from gate 4 to take control last start, she took them all the way to claim win number 12 on The Triangle. From the gate she can look to repeat.

COURAGEOUS SAM (5) was asked to race tough from gate 5 last start and despite the tough trip was grinding it out when moving up to the leader. With 300m left to travel his race ended when making an error and galloping out of contention. A smart winner two starts back, he can atone.

THE MAHARANI (8) was sent to the post as fav last start from gate 3 but could not reel in the super consistent JOHNROD. With the right trial in the early stages, she can be in the mix.

HIGH ON MONTANA (6) has no favour from the wide gate but was just 2m from the winner last start when faced with this same staring alley. Relying on some tempo, he can be making a closing play.

SELECTIONS: TEACHERS PET (3), COURAGEOUS SAM (5), THE MAHARANI (8), HIGH ON MONTANA (6)
SUGGESTED BET: TEACHERS PET (3) to win

RACE THREE

SONNY ORLANDO (2)
started from the second line two starts back and started as the punters elect when sent forward to find position. Finding running line cover he made the closing raid to be just an eyelash shy of the prize. Making late metres to be 5m adrift last start when 3rd, he can capitalise.

HANDSOME HARRY (9) found the 1x1 trail last start when tackling the AP mile where he was down the line. Placed in successive runs leading into that contest, he will be requiring on the right factors from this gate but finding the cart into the contest can challenge.

TRIOLI (1) has good early speed and lands the gate to utilise the early options. Runner-up here two starts back when grabbed in the last stride, she will be thereabouts from this gate.

FLASH FREDDIE (7) found the front before releasing here two starts back and after the cosy trip, was 3m from the winner in holding 2nd. A fence line trip looks likely here.

SELECTIONS: SONNY ORLANDO (2), HANDSOME HARRY (9), TRIOLI (1), FLASH FREDDIE (7)
SUGGESTED BET: SONNY ORLANDO (2) to win

RACE FOUR

BRAEBEACH (7)
comes up with the second line options as he searches for a campaign turning point. Eased from gate 6 and chasing in vain behind DESPONDENT last time, it followed a freshen after his run two starts back when forced to work hard outside the leader. This is within reach.

HECTOR (5) was well-supported here last week from gate 3 when firing out early to cross to the poles. Shortening up a runner in getting across, he was retired with a lap to travel with a wheel issue. Just 3m from BLACK HAWK JOE two runs back, he can defy the gate to issue a challenge.

AMERICAN FLYER (3) pressed on from gate 3 to take control over this trip three starts back and from the front was able to see it out. Facing the second line in both starts since, a return to the front is a huge plus.

JILLIBY JACKPOT (2) found the front last start over this trip from gate 4 and after a steady opening half was unable to see it out. Buried from inside the second line the start prior, he is a podium hope.

SELECTIONS: BRAEBEACH (7), HECTOR (5), AMERICAN FLYER (3), JILLIBY JACKPOT (2)
SUGGESTED BET: BRAEBEACH (7) to win

RACE FIVE

DEVELSTIX (8) fired off the arm from gate 4 last start at the sprint trip and was able to see it out in claiming a narrow victory. Fading after taking control two starts back, he faces the second line gate bit with the right trip can look to arrive.

BEEF CITY STARZZZ (7) has a Marburg win sandwiched between a pair of 2nd placings obtained here at Redcliffe in his past three starts. Finishing 1m from the winner ROCCO VARIETY here last time out, he will likely be buried here but can challenge when the gaps arrive.

FEELGOOD EXPRESS (9) did it the tough way last time out when sitting parked and grafting it out when 6m in arrears of the winner ABBEY DIADEMA. Placed her previous four in succession, she can chime in.

WILD ABOUT TOWN (2) was a winner at headquarters three starts back when pressing to the front from gate 4 and taking them all the way. With early hustle, he can be forward enough to feature.

SELECTIONS: DEVELSTIX (8), BEEF CITY STARZZZ (7), FEELGOOD EXPRESS (9), WILD ABOUT TOWN (2)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SIX

BERTILS FIREFOX (1)
was looking to take them all the way from this same alley last start, a slick first quarter proving too costly as he faded in the latter stages. Not too far off them two runs back, he looks to have found the right set up here to take control and with limited pressure, see it out.

CHAMPAGNE REACTOR (7) claimed victory here three starts back when buried in the run and charging late to arrive for victory by the narrowest margin. With a soft trip against the poles looking available, she will be probing for the openings to issue the challenge.

TULHURST CUDDLES (4) was sent to sit parked last time out where she was doing it tough in the run and finishing just a head from the winner. She looks set to graft it out again here.

THREE MACHS (9) finished best to claim victory here two starts back before being obliged to hang tough first over last start. With the right cart into the contest, she can be thereabouts.

SELECTIONS: BERTILS FIREFOX (1), CHAMPAGNE REACTOR (7), TULHURST CUDDLES (4), THREE MACHS (9)
SUGGESTED BET: BERTILS FIREFOX (1) to win

RACE SEVEN

HEAVENLY SEA (2)
has placed at her past three in succession as she searches for the account opener. Easing away from the poles to settle in the running line last time out, she had no match for the winner in holding 3rd. Beaten a pimple two starts back, she has the gate to cash in here.

TELL ME THIS (5) is getting closer to getting on the board after finishing as the runner-up at his past two attempts. Grafting it out last time, he was game in defeat when only a neck in arrears of the winner. The gate stings, but he can throw down a challenge.

GAME KEEPER (3) reached the half-century of starts last time out when finishing midfield. Placed in successive starts prior to that outing, he finds a race where a breakthrough would not surprise.

BOKHARI (7) will take further race experience from her latest offering which was her second career start. 4m from the winner after a cosy trip against the poles, she can be chiming in again here.

SELECTIONS: HEAVENLY SEA (2), TELL ME THIS (5), GAME KEEPER (3), BOKHARI (7)
SUGGESTED BET: HEAVENLY SEA (2) to win

RACE EIGHT

REMEMBER EVE (1) started from inside the second line last time out and with the easy trip was trying to make a closing raid up the passing lane as ABBEY DIADEMA had the swooping momentum to score. Taking them all the way here three starts back, she has the gate to dictate.

JUST ONE GOOD ONE (4) made the most of conditions here two starts back at the 2040m trip when finding running line cover from this same gate, arriving in the closing stages to take victory. Working hard last start and fading in the latter stages, he can find position here to issue a challenge.

ABBEY DIADEMA (8) goes in search of a hat-trick of victories at the track and trip after wins from gate 5 and gate 8 at her past two starts. Trailing through early, she can be in striking position again.

CIRCLE LINE (2) eased from gate 6 last start before making some nice metres in the closing stages to be 4m adrift of the winner in holding 3rd. Settling closer here can see him feature.

SELECTIONS: REMEMBER EVE (1), JUST ONE GOOD ONE (4), ABBEY DIADEMA (8), CIRCLE LINE (2)
SUGGESTED BET: REMEMBER EVE (1) to win
