RACE ONE

IM A CLASSY GIRL (2) had the early hustle to find the poles first from gate 2 on Saturday night and with the economical trip once receiving cover, was able to grab the bronze behind SWEET LOMBO. A Marburg winner three starts back when resuming from a spell, she has the gate to dictate.

SHAKATIE (1) eased across from gate 3 last start and did some work in finding position before receiving cover at the 1780m trip. Making a closing raid to get within 2m of the winner, she lands all the options for this contest and can secure the position to challenge.

HEAVENLY WISDOM (6) has no favours from the outside paint but should find this easier than her last start when chasing over the AP mile behind HES PERFECTLY IDEAL. She can chime in.

WONDERWOMAN JUJON (4) will appreciate this grade of contest after tackling the G1 3YO fillies Triad Final last time out. Rearward behind MAGICAL MAYA in that, this looks more suitable.

SELECTIONS: IM A CLASSY GIRL (2), SHAKATIE (1), HEAVENLY WISDOM (6), WONDERWOMAN JUJON (4)
SUGGESTED BET: IM A CLASSY GIRL (2) to win

RACE TWO

MISS MIA (7) was a Marburg winner three starts back after holding them wide in the early stages and then taking them all the way. Tough gates have seen her demise at the past two starts, the latest from gate 5 when retreating to secure position. Staling the speed, she can be ready to strike.

IM LOKI (1) is the key holder to this contest with his penchant for rolling in front. From this gate he will need to be burrowing through to hold them out from there will be looking to control the tempo. A winner at headquarters two starts back when pressing on to dictate, he will try to see it out.

BULLDOG BRAWLER (5) has now had three runs back from a spell, the latest when finding the pocket trail from gate 2 and then grabbing the silver. He can press forward to feature.

AYE AYE CAPTAIN (3) eased across to find the 1x1 trail last start over the AP mile and was chasing hard in finishing midfield behind THE TAX CULLECTOR. His run had merit two back and he can place.

SELECTIONS: MISS MIA (7), IM LOKI (1), BULLDOG BRAWLER (5), AYE AYE CAPTAIN (3)
SUGGESTED BET: MISS MIA (7) to win

RACE THREE

OUR FRIEND (5)
is yet to claim a victory here at The Triangle, but he finds the right race here to change that. Snagged to the rear last start from gate 6 over the 1660m last start and trying to make ground against the tempo, he is at his best up near the speed and can roll forward here to capitalise.

CALL ME TRISH (4) settled in the running line from gate 3 last start at the sprint trip and was making some late metres to grab the bronze. Too far back here two starts back after easing off the arm and settling at the rear, she finds suitable conditions here to issue a challenge.

DOOLITTLE DEXTER (8) was chasing down four successive wins last start when buried away from inside the second line. Darting through on the passing lane for 3rd, he can be chiming in here again.
DIEGO DELGADO (6) was sent forward to sit parked last start and after the tough trip was unable to see it out. A narrow winner two starts back after working hard, he can be thereabouts in this.

SELECTIONS: OUR FRIEND (5), CALL ME TRISH (4), DOOLITTLE DEXTER (8), DIEGO DELGADO (6)
SUGGESTED BET: OUR FRIEND (5) to win

RACE FOUR

MY ULTIMATE HESTON (6)
faces another tough gate after a string of tough draws, the last three which have been from the second line. Making strong metres wide off the track last start, he arrived from gate 8 the start prior in claiming a half-head margin. In a sticky map, he can arrive.

SUNDOWNER SHANNON (8) will be resuming from a freshen following his last start in early July where he slid across from gate 4 to find position but could not see it out. Chasing from the 1x1 trail two starts back behind REMEMER EVE, he can get the right trail to challenge in this line up.

BEEF CITY STARZZZ (7) will be needing a rub of the green at some point to find open space but if it arrives, he has podium claims. A Marburg winner three starts back, he will be probing.

DUKE (9) will take some added benefit from his latest appearance where he was second up from a spell. Darting through along the passing lane to be within 2m of the winner, he can chime in here.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE HESTON (6), SUNDOWNER SHANNON (8), BEEF CITY STARZZZ (7), DUKE (9)
SUGGESTED BET: MY ULTIMATE HESTON (6) to win

RACE FIVE

FEELGOOD EXPRESS (8) started from gate 9 last start and wide off the track was making a strong closing raid to grab 2nd in finishing within 3m of the winner. Asked to grind it out first over two starts back after rolling forward from gate 4, this is no tougher than recent attempts and she can arrive.

LORD DENZEL (2) has been runner-up at his past three inn succession, the latest when trying to take them all the way from gate 1. Leading them every step bar the one that counted, he was beaten a pimple by the stablemate BELLA GODIVA. He can find the poles again here to give more cheek.

AROONA (4) eased from this same alley last start and was starting to wind up in the closing stages and was able to grab 3rd, just 2m in arrears of the winner. A similar scenario can eventuate here.

JILLIBY GIZMO (9) could not find position last start and was near the tail of the field, finishing 10m from the winner. 5m away in grabbing 3rd two starts back, he can join in to fill a minor here.

SELECTIONS: FEELGOOD EXPRESS (8), LORD DENZEL (2), AROONA (4), JILLIBY GIZMO (9)
SUGGESTED BET: FEELGOOD EXPRESS (8) to win

RACE SIX

FOR NO REASON (2)
is winless in three attempts here on The Triangle, the latest outing when easing from gate 5 and from back in the pack she never got warm. Buried from gate 1 at The Creek two starts back and chasing SHEREACTS, she can hold running line position here and look to arrive.

MOUNT HERCULES (6) will need to be at his best from outside the front line here, but he comes into this battle off the back of a gritty 3rd when sitting parked. Doing it tough in a much stronger contest two starts back over the AP 2138m trip, he can defy the gate to issue the challenge in this line up.

PRECIOUS CULLEN (1) has gone past the three-year mark since his last victory, but he might just be able to offer something in this contest. 6m in arrears last start after starting from the second line, he has the gate to feature.

TRACER BULLET (7) had been coursing some tough trips before finding conditions to suit here two starts back and fighting on for a starchy victory. Buried in the run last start, he can be probing for gaps here.

SELECTIONS: FOR NO REASON (2), MOUNT HERCULES (6), PRECIOUS CULLEN (1), TRACER BULLET (7)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SEVEN

SHARP SHOOTER (7)
backs up from a winning effort here on Monday where he showed the hustle to get across to the poles and once in front held off the challengers in claiming a 2m margin. Wide gates stung his chances two starts back and following a slick beginner here, can be stalking and ready to strike.

STUDLEIGH WILL (1) landed this alley two starts back and with his customary early speed, was looking to take them all the way. Leading deep into the stretch, he was collared in the last strides as MELTON INSULTED took the prize. Buried last time from inside the second line, he will be gripping on.

DEBRA JEAN (4) found conditions to suit here last start when firing out from gate 3. Taking control, she was able to dictate and pull clear for an 8m margin. Despite a tricky gate, she can feature.

MALIBU DREAM (2) will strip fitter following her latest appearance where she was resuming from over 16 months off the scene. Grabbing the bronze up the passing lane, she can chime in again here.

SELECTIONS: SHARP SHOOTER (7), STUDLEIGH WILL (1), DEBRA JEAN (4), MALIBU DREAM (2)
SUGGESTED BET: SHARP SHOOTER (7) to win

RACE EIGHT

JOEY LINCOLN (5) has been in super touch here at the Peninsula, his latest outing a commanding win from inside the second line. Angled off the poles to sit parked with a lap to travel, he pulled clear for a 7m margin. With some tempo up front, look for him swooping in the closing stages.

MIDNIGHT SOMEWHERE (1) fired off the arm to take control here four starts back and from the front was able to take them all the way. They were too slick for him last start in the 3YO Triad Final and a return to this grade from this gate can see him throw down the challenge.

MELTION INSULTED (2) should appreciate a return to this grade of contest after finding the Triad Mare’s contest out of reach on Saturday night. A passing lane winner here two starts back, she has the early hustle to feature.

VOODOO FELLA (7) has a handy record from off the speed here at Redcliffe and from this alley will be tucked away awaiting open road. Runner-up here two starts back when just a neck away, he was just a head in arrears the start prior.

SELECTIONS: JOEY LINCOLN (5), MIDNIGHT SOMEWHERE (1), MELTION INSULTED (2), VOODOO FELLA (7)
SUGGESTED BET: JOEY LINCOLN (5) to win

RACE NINE

FLO RYDA (4)
started from the second line last time out in a 70Consolation where he was angled to the poles searching for the short cuts. When the gap opened, he was attacking the line with gusto to grab the bronze behind BONNIE PRINCE LOUIS. Luckless here two starts back, he finds suitable conditions here.

WHOSTOLEMYPIGEON (1) released from this gate last start over the 2040m trip before taking the closing shot to get within a half-neck of the winner. A tidy effort from gate 7 over the AP 2138m journey two starts back, he lands all the options here to issue the challenge.

LANOCH BOY (8) made the most of a front-line gate to dictate here two starts back and take a 5m margin. Charging home last start from the second line to be just 1m in arrears, he can join in again.

SAILALONG SINBAD (2) found the pocket trail two starts back and with the economical trip was just a neck astern of the winner JACCKA WALLY. They were too slippery for him last start in a 70Final, and he can be better in this from this gate.

SELECTIONS: FLO RYDA (4), WHOSTOLEMYPIGEON (1), LANOCH BOY (8), SAILALONG SINBAD (2)
SUGGESTED BET: FLO RYDA (4) to win
