RACE ONE

COULD IT BE ME (2) showed some early hustle last start from gate 4 before easing to the 1x1 trail. Finishing off in nice order for the bronze behind RAINBOW CLASSIC, he can find the front here and from there look to take them all the way in a wide-open maiden.

EXWHYGEETEE (3) used the passing lane to grab the bronze two starts back when returning from a spell, finishing 8m in arrears of the winner FILLY THIRTEEN. Last start from gate 5, he was wide off the track before easing to find position and with a smoother passage form this gate can challenge.

STAR OF THE ARTS (5) has faced the starter on 9 occasions and lines up here for the first time since December 2020. With no recent trials, her latest back in June, she stays under notice.

PAYOUT (4) started from the second line here two starts back and buried in the run was chasing all the way. Taken to Kilcoy last start where he made an error, he can chime in back on this deck.

SELECTIONS: COULD IT BE ME (2), EXWHYGEETEE (3), STAR OF THE ARTS (5), PAYOUT (4)
SUGGESTED BET: COULD IT BE ME (2) to win

RACE TWO

DOWNTOWN LUCCA (3) was taken to Tamworth last start where he was buried from inside the second line before finding the gaps to grab the bronze, albeit 20+m from the winner. Luckless two runs back at Marburg, he can slide across to be just behind the speed and gets his chance.

TULHURST CUDDLES (2) is still chasing her first win in the Sunshine State as she continues a consistent run of form. Placed at her past four in succession, she was a beaten fav last start after being crossed early before holding 3rd behind BELLA GODIVA. From the gate she can challenge.

BELLA GODIVA (8) drew inside the second line last time out and was soon hemmed away three back in the run. With the economical trip, she found space to finish best and can be chiming in late again.

FLY CHEVAL (5) stepped out on the Kilcoy carpet last start where she was sent to the post as favourite from outside the front line. Retreating early, she was best of the chasers behind the big winner BOLD COWBOY and receives no favours from the wide gate here.

SELECTIONS: DOWNTOWN LUCCA (3), TULHURST CUDDLES (2), BELLA GODIVA (8), FLY CHEVAL (5)
SUGGESTED BET: DOWNTOWN LUCCA (3) to win

RACE THREE

MY ULTIMATE HESTON (5)
faces the sticky gate here, but he looks to be going well enough compared to his opponents to capitalise. Chasing of the second line on the grass at Kilcoy last start, he was asked to graft it out first over here two runs back. With the right trip this is well within reach.

MOLLIDOR (2) has early hustle and finds the gate to dart across to the poles in the early stages. Settled in the 1x1 trail last start at headquarters, she held on for a midfield finish behind ITSMEGS. Her last and only win on this deck came when leading throughout and she can look to see it out.

THREE MACHS (8) put in a head-scratcher here last start when dropping out after securing the 1x1 trail. Not too far from them two starts back after retreating from gate 5, she can turn it around.

TODAYS HERO (1) is yet to hit the board from his 17 attempts this season, but he looks to have found conditions here where he can sneak into some minor money after landing a favourable gate.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE HESTON (5), MOLLIDOR (2), THREE MACHS (8), TODAYS HERO (1)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FOUR

JOEY LINCOLN (7)
features in a stable switch to join the stables of his regular driver Brendan Barnes. Best of the chasers behind PARAMA in a second division qualifier over the AP 2138m last start, it followed a 1m margin behind HES SWEET two back. With second line options, he looks hard to stop.

ROSARITO (2) is another that has switched barns, joining the Graham White team. Eased to the poles form gate 4 last start, he made late metres to be 5m from HECTOR. A winner at 1 of his 10 appearances on this deck, he can look to settle handy here to issue a challenge.

ONLYSBEST (3) was second up from a long spell here last start where he was well-supported from gate 1. Taking the trail, he held on for the silver behind THERESACHANCE and fitter again has claims.

KATACHA MAN (4) retreated from gate 5 last start before making closing metres to be 3m astern of the winner and claim the silver. He might just look to get forward here to make a play.

SELECTIONS: JOEY LINCOLN (7), ROSARITO (2), ONLYSBEST (3), KATACHA MAN (4)
SUGGESTED BET: JOEY LINCOLN (7) to win

RACE FIVE

SUNDOWNER SHANNON (8)
has been runner-up at his past two starts and might just have found the conditions to go one better here. Sent around them in the early stages last time at Marburg from the second line, he was fighting all the way to go under a half-head. This is within reach.

NAUGHTYINHEAVEN (1) had the early hustle from gate 4 to find the front at headquarters last start. Giving a sight at big odds in front, she only faded in the closing stages to be 8m astern of the winner ITSMEGS. Back to this deck for her 50th appearance at The Triangle, she can throw it down.

HARRY CROFT (5) worked hard over the AP mile two starts back when grabbing the silver before putting in a sub-par effort at his next outing. 3rd at Kilcoy last start, he has place claims despite the tricky gate.

CHASIN DREAMZ (6) has no favours from the outside paint but can do some work if required. Sticking to the inside last start when under 2m from the winner, she can be joining in.

SELECTIONS: SUNDOWNER SHANNON (8), NAUGHTYINHEAVEN (1), HARRY CROFT (5), CHASIN DREAMZ (6)
SUGGESTED BET: SUNDOWNER SHANNON (8) to win

RACE SIX

BRAEVIEW FELLA (7)
started from gate 1 last time out when taking the trail. Aiming up for the passing lane in the stretch, he took his shot but came up an eyelash short of victory. With another cosy trip behind the speed, he can be ready for the opening to dart through to claim an open affair.

EAGLES RESPONSE (2) fired out from the wide gate last start at Kilcoy where she was able to take control and once in charge scored an effortless victory. Eased from gate 4 two starts back to find the poles when 3rd to CLARES FOOL, she can be close to the action here to issue the challenge.

WHERES TASCOTT (4) was snagged to the rear last start over the AP mile and was making good metres in the closing stages to be under 3m from the winner. With even luck, she is a podium hope.

MISTERRIODEJANEIRO (9) has no favours from the wide gate, but he has been thereabouts in recent outings. Buried in the run last start, not much went in his favour and with better luck he can feature.

SELECTIONS: BRAEVIEW FELLA (7), EAGLES RESPONSE (2), WHERES TASCOTT (4), MISTERRIODEJANEIRO (9)
SUGGESTED BET:  BRAEVIEW FELLA (7) to win

RACE SEVEN

NEVADA YANKEE (3)
is a newcomer to Qld that joins the Ash Perks stable. A Wagga winner two starts back when sent to the front from a wide gate and able to take them all the way in slick time with 10m to spare, he was beaten by a wide second line gate last time. He looms large for this.

MONTEREY JACK (5) was unable to find a forward spot last start and was forced to retreat and from there was then unable to get into the battle. He can find a forward spot this time and with some handy figures this season where he finds the money in 50% of his starts, he can issue a challenge.

CHARLEVOIX (4) started from inside the second line last start and almost found the front when the early leader drifted up the track. Runner-up both starts prior, he can be chiming in here.

ASHLEE NITRO (7) will likely be buried in the run here and needing a slice of luck to find some open space at some point. A 3m 3rd here three runs back, she has podium claims if the gaps arrive.

SELECTIONS: NEVADA YANKEE (3), MONTEREY JACK (5), CHARLEVOIX (4), ASHLEE NITRO (7)
SUGGESTED BET: NEVADA YANKEE (3) to win

RACE EIGHT

PRECIOUS CULLEN (3)
ended a long winning drought here two starts back when sent to the front and able to dictate to an all the way win. With a sub-par effort at his next outing, he has been back to the trials where he looked sharp in good time on a heavy track. Position will be key to his chances.

SHARP SHOOTER (1) was snagged off the gate from a wide alley last start and from deep in the pack could not get warm in the closing stages. 3rd when starting fav two starts back and using the passing lane after starting inside the second line, he took them all the way three back and can look for that play in this.

BULLDOG BRAWLER (8) grafted out a gritty victory at Marburg two starts back when sitting parked and claiming a 4m margin. Too far back last start over the AP mile, he can get into the contest to feature.

ILLBEWATCHING (5) stuck to the inside here two starts back and taking the shortcuts was able to arrive for the prize. Eased from gate 6 last time when midfield, he can be chiming in late.

SELECTIONS: PRECIOUS CULLEN (3), SHARP SHOOTER (1), BULLDOG BRAWLER (8), ILLBEWATCHING (5)
SUGGESTED BET: PRECIOUS CULLEN (3) to win

RACE NINE

GETALOADATHISBRO (1)
fired out from gate 4 to take control and from the front was never headed here three starts back. Doing his share of early work at his next appearance he was collared when setting the tempo last start, finishing 2m in arrears, He has the gate and with limited pressure can see it out.

MY ULITMATE CLIPPA (7) arrived in the closing strides to score at Marburg three starts back by an eyelash before clashing with the in-form CLARES FOOL when midfield. Taking them all the way on the Kilcoy kikuyu last start with 6m to spare, he can stalk the speed here to strike in the stretch.

PURPLE SHADES (9) started from the second line last start where he was angled to the poles and darted through along the passing lane to score. A pole play might be the right option again here.

BETTOR KEEP ROCKING (4) was required to do it the tough way last start when sitting parked over the AP mile. Freshened since that outing back in early August, he has podium claims here.

SELECTIONS: GETALOADATHISBRO (1), MY ULITMATE CLIPPA (7), PURPLE SHADES (9), BETTOR KEEP ROCKING (4)
SUGGESTED BET: GETALOADATHISBRO (1) to win
