RACE ONE

MAFFIOSO GIRL (5) was second here 3 starts back behind Cheddar Made Beta when leading in a stronger race. Last 2 efforts have been at Albion Park where she hasn’t been too far away. Back to the triangle here and a drop in grade can see her return to the winner’s circle and is worthy of a wager.

CHUMP CHOP (9) was a winner here last start when working forward from a wide front row draw. He can get an economical trip from this draw and be a danger.

WHATELEY (8) has had wide draws to contend with of late. Last start had to be taken back from the outside of the front row and then just couldn’t make up the headway. With the trailing draw here, he can place.

LARA BAY (1) was able to finish third here last start from a good draw. Draws to get an easy trip here and can figure in the placings.

RACE TWO

ROLLONX (4) produced a solid effort here last start when finishing second to Chump Chop. He has been racing well of late without winning. This is a slight drop back in grade and with the right luck in transit can get the job done.

EAGLES RESPONSE (8) was a winner on the grass at Kilcoy 2 starts ago then returned to the triangle where she couldn’t finish off in a harder race. She gets a drop in grade here and a good draw. She can figure.

KEAYANG SPONGE BOB (3) has won 2 of his last 5 starts, both of those wins have been here at the triangle. This is a slight step up in grade. Each way chance.

FLASH FREDDIE (9) was a winner here last time out. Although this is harder, with luck in running can figure again.

RACE THREE

GETALOADOFTHISGIRL (2) has been racing in some better quality races in recent times. Last start she was able to get the bronze behind Only One Don. She finds the right race here and looks hard to beat.

JANG PEL (9) has been placed 2 of her last 5 starts. Last start she produced a solid third in a harder race. She maps to receive a kind run in transit here and can figure.

SUBTLE ADVICE (7) has been a grand campaigner for connections winning 19 races and being placed on 54 other occasions. He finds the right draw here and form recently has been ok. He is a winning hope.

MY ULTIMATE CLIPPA (6 has won 2 from his last 5 starts. This is harder but can figure.

RACE FOUR

ARTISTIC SAINT (8) finds himself in a winnable race here. He contested a harder race at Albion Park last time out when leading and weakening in the latter stages. This is easier and gets an economical draw. Can make his presence felt

TRACER BULLET (1) lands the ace draw. He has been placed 4 of his last 5 starts. Last start when finishing third here he had to do all the hard work in the run and was gallant in defeat. He could be the leader here and will take some running down.

FAVREAU (3) returns to Queensland bringing some reasonable form from New South Wales. With luck in running, he can figure.

SWEET JASMINE (7) gets the right draw here, has been racing well so is a definite chance.

RACE FIVE

DOWNTOWN LUCCA (8) finished a solid third 2 starts ago at Tamworth behind Nightwatch Star. Last time tried to lead from gate 3 here but couldn’t finish it off behind Tulhurst Cuddles. With the trailing draw and the services of Pete McMullen he can find the winners stall in an open race.

JILLIBY GIZMO (7) draws well here. Last start was able to run home strongly behind Many Delights from the same draw. He is a good each way chance in this.

CANNAN (5) comes up with an awkward draw and may have to go back at the start. 2 starts back was able to finish third when coming from off the speed. This is a little easier than his last couple. Chance.

MANOFLISA (2) is drawn well and was a placegetter here 2 starts ago. He can place.

RACE SIX

TORQUE TO THE MAX (2) returns to Queensland with some solid New South Wales form on the board. Hasn’t been far away her last 2 starts at Leeton and Young. This should be somewhat easier and from the draw can get the job done.

NAUGHTYINHEAVEN (1) draws favourably here. Last start was able to hold the lead and only go down late to Lesvos Lad. From the same draw here, she will be in the hunt for a long way.

MAN OF ACTION (9) was a winner here 3 starts ago when defeating Wavedancer when coming off the speed. His last start effort here was good. With luck in the run, he can be thereabouts.

MANY DELIGHTS (3) was a winner here last start. This is harder but isn’t out of this.

RACE SEVEN

IM A BIRUBI BOY (4) was a dominant winner here last start in good time. His prior 2 starts he had been dealt bad draws. An Albion Park placegetter 4 starts he clearly looks the one to beat.

GANGBUSTER (3) has been racing ok of late. Was a winner here 5 starts back when defeating Luxury Lad. This is a little easier than previous assignments and can be thereabouts here.

MALINJANG (2) finds a good draw here. 2 starts back finished second on the grass at Kilcoy behind Golden Lace. That form looks ok for a race like this. She has an each way show.

ROSARITO (1) hasn’t seen the pole draw for a while now but finds it here. With reasonable form on the board can improve sharply here from this draw.

SUGGESTED BET: IM A BIRUBI BOY (4) to win

RACE EIGHT

BETTERTHAN TORQUE (1) lands a good draw here. Has placed here 2 from her last 5 starts. She hasn’t had much luck her last couple of runs. Despite not winning a race since November 2020 she may have found the right race here.

RISKY BUZINESS (6) hasn’t had the best of luck lately. 2 starts back was denied a clear run at a vital stage here behind Getaloadofthisbro. Last start he couldn’t reel them in after having to come off the speed after a 64.6 first half. This race looks easier and with some luck from the draw he is a solid each way chance.

FORTYFIVE ROCK (8) comes up with a nice trailing draw here. 2 starts ago he finished second here behind Keayang Sponge Bob. He finds the right race and is in the mix here.

MY ULTIMATE HESTON (7) although having ordinary numbers next to his name he is well placed here. The run last start here was full of merit when asked to work into the race from off the speed when beaten under 10 metres behind Three Machs.He is never too far away and this is a winnable race for him from the draw
