Form Analysis: Redcliffe - September 28

RACE ONE

OYSTER STRIDE (5) has been going well racing in harder races of late. 3 Starts ago he was able to get the job done from gate 4 here defeating KATACHA MAN. He hasn’t had the greatest of luck his last 2 starts. This is easier and with luck in running can be a major player.

IDEAL TIGER (7) comes up with a cosy draw here and will be hoping CUPCAKESNWHIPCREAM can hold up from gate 1. He was a dominant winner her last start when leading all of the way. He can sprint sharply here when the gaps appear.

MYSTICAL JAZZ (2) was a winner at Tamworth 3 starts back, then went to Newcastle where she wasn’t disgraced. Last start she finished third to IM A BIRUBI when coming off the speed. She can be thereabouts here from the good draw.

MOONLIGH BUTCHER (8) was a winner here last time out and has claims.

RACE TWO

SHAKALAKABOOMBOOM (9) has been going ok of late after 5 runs back from a break. She had no luck last start when the gig received a flat tyre. The third here prior to that was full of merit. In race that is hard to assess she is worth an each way ticket.

UNDERTHEKILT (2) lands a handy draw here. Last start he was able to grab the silver behind WHERES TASCOTT when starting from a second row draw. He has been placed 3 of his last 4 and is a genuine hope from the draw.

ROCKNROLL DE GAMA (6) is a handy customer although comes up with an awkward draw here. He was a winner here 2 starts back and had no luck at his prior outing. With luck from the draw he can figure.

THE CASUAL GOOSE (4) has been racing ok of late. Last start he pushed forward and fought on for third behind MOONLIGHT BUTCHER. If he can be prominent to the speed again he can figure.

RACE THREE

NEVAEVABEND (8) has been racing consistently of late. Last start she was able to work early in the run and fight on for third behind JAYDES TERROR. The start prior she was solid when finishing third to WAVEDANCER. She has her hoof on the till and can land the prize with the right ruin here.

HARRY CROFT (5) was a winner her 2 starts ago from the same draw where he was forced to work early. After obtaining the front he was able to dictate and sprint away for a dominant victory. Last start things didn’t go his way when down the track behind JAYDES TERROR. If he finds luck from the draw he will be in the mix.

OUR DOLLY (4) has been going well without winning. She produced a solid effort here last start when second to HARRY CROFT after an economical trip on the pegs. She will need things to go her way but can figure with luck in running.

THREE MACHS (7) lands the economical draw and can figure in the placings off its win here 2 starts ago.

RACE FOUR

MISTER DIAMOND (8) has been placed 3 of his last 5 starts in strong races. Most recently finished second 2 starts ago at Albion Park behind HES PERFECTLY IDEAL when doing some work early in the run. He has drawn to receive the favours and looks hard to beat.

CAMROLLER (2) was solid here last start finishing second to DELIGHTFUL REASON in good time. He was a winner here from a good draw 4 starts ago. He will be in striking range when the sprint goes on and is a major player here.

BEALE STREET (3) took on a stronger race at Albion Park 2 starts ago where he worked hard and couldn’t finish off behind PARAMA. Last start he could make up the headway from the back of the field when coming off a second row draw. He can figure in the placings from the draw.

FIRE AND ICE (7) is a handy performer on his day. His form lately has been slightly under par for him but he lands a good draw here. Look for him to improve.

RACE FIVE

JAMAICAN RESORT (7) has been in great form of late. He has won his last 2 starts here when being able to lead on both occasions. Although he is a noted leader the draw should see him receive a cosy trip and he can continue on his winning way.

WAVEDANCER (4) is in solid form at present. He was a winner here 2 starts ago and the 3 starts prior was able to finish second here on each occasion. He finished down the track behind JAMAICAN RESORT last start when settling back in the run. He can bounce back here.

TRIOLI (5) has finished second her last 2 starts which have been at this track over this distance. 2 starts back from gate forward she pushed forward only to be run down narrowly late by TULHURST CUDDLES. Last start drawing the inside of the second row she went down narrowly to JAMAICAN RESORT. Likely to press forward from this gate she should make her presence felt again.

MATAI REACTOR (1) is having his first look around Redcliffe. His southern form is fair, from the draw he can place.

RACE SIX

GETALOADOFTHISBRO (3) hasn’t been too far away in harder grade of late. His last 2 starts have been placings at both Albion Park and here at Redcliffe. He looks well suited here, the only query is the 2040 metres. If he can push forward handy without too much work early, he should be hard to beat.

CLARES FOOL (7) is a winner of 3 races from her his 5 starts. All those wins have been where he has had to work in the run. He draws to receive an economical trip here and should have plenty left in the locker when the sprint goes on.

ITS MEGS (6) is racing in great form of late but has drawn very awkwardly for this assignment. She has won her last 2 starts, most recently at her previous outing defeated BELLA GODIVA after pushing forward from gate 4. She needs luck from the gate but hard to knock her form. Each way chance.

MOTO AMETHYST (5) has been going well in harder grade. Another who will need luck, with that she can be thereabouts.

RACE SEVEN

AKERMANIS (9) is a lightly raced 3 year old by Well Said having 5 starts to date. His last 2 starts have been seconds here. Most recently he finished within 3 metres of TORI BE from a trailing draw. He receives the second row draw again here and with natural improvement is ready to win.

PAYOUT (8) is a 25 start Maiden who has been going ok his last few starts. His best performance was 2 starts back here where he was able to finish off from back in the field behind COULD IT BE ME, beaten around 2 metres. This race isn’t overly strong and he can be thereabouts.

TUFFY (3) is a 22 start Maiden who was able to finish third at Bankstown 5 starts ago. Since coming to Queensland 2 of his 3 runs have been ok. The draw here will help his chances.

BLACK GEMSTONE (6) finished fourth on debut here. Although beaten by over 26 metres she should gain plenty of experience from that outing and with natural improvement can make her presence felt.

RACE EIGHT

MY SECRET BEACH (5) is racing in great heart of late winning 2 from his last 5 starts. His most recent win was 3 starts back when leading and was dominant defeating CALL ME TRISH. At his last 2 starts he hasn’t had a lot of luck. This race is within reach he just needs some luck from the draw.

OUR BOY ROY (1) is a consistent performer. He was able to win here four starts ago from the same draw when leading and fending off the challengers. 2 starts ago he worked in the run and only went down by 5 metres when second to INDY JEWEL. He gets his chance from this draw. One of the main chances.

TEACHERS PET (2) is another who is racing well. A winner here 4 starts ago and a second here last start keeps her in the mix.

COURAGEOUS SAM (6) was a solid winner here last start when able to lead from gate 3. The draw is no luxury but with luck can figure.

RACE NINE

CRADOCK (2) finds the right draw here. He has been placed 8 of his 17 career starts to date and is ready to win. 2 starts ago working in the run went down narrowly to FIVE STAR GEM. Last start he was able to find the lead from gate 3 and was run down in the latter stages by MY ULTIMATE JIMBO. He should be able to find the pegs first and dictate from there. Looks hard to beat

SHORT LEG SUE (4) is racing well without winning. Her last 3 starts have all been placings here. If she gets the luck from the gate she will be in the race at the business end.

DOLLAR BUCKS (3) grabbed third here 2 starts back behind MISTER DELWIN. Probably needs to find more to win this, although can place.
