RACE ONE

EXWHYGEETEE (2) started from inside the second line last time out and was buried in the run where he never got warm. Just 4m from subsequent winner REEDS VISION two runs back when 3rd, he strikes a race where he can look to get to the poles which can be all the difference.

JADES DIAMOND (1) has just the solitary start to her name, that run coming in December last year where she was a narrow 3rd. With a tidy pipe opener at the trials, the form from that hit out reveals a debut winner in the shape of ROYAL WINKLE. From the gate she can throw it down fresh.

SUBTLE CHAY (8) has placed in 5 of 8 in his career as he chases the maiden breaker. Wide off the track last start when grabbing the silver behind DESTINY BLUES, he will again be in the mix.

PAYOUT (3) secured the passing lane last start and was trying to make a late rally when finishing 3m away in 3rd behind DESTINY BLUES. Settling handy, he can finish in the money again here.

SELECTIONS: EXWHYGEETEE (2), JADES DIAMOND (1), SUBTLE CHAY (8), PAYOUT (3)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE TWO

SQUARE DEALER (2) will be further tightened from his latest outing where he was second up from a spell. Returning with a bronze over the AP mile when taking the trail and finishing just 1m from the winner TIMZEE in a race where the form has held. Beaten by a wide gate second up, he finds conditions here to dictate.

LANOCH BOY (1) had the early hustle to take control over this trip last time out and from the front, was able to run a sharp last 800m to claim victory. Doing some early work before receiving cover here two runs back, he lands all the options here to issue his challenge.

SURF ACE (4) will take some benefit from his last start where he was first up in Qld for the Graham Dwyer stable. Trying to make some closing metres on the passing lane from his second line gate, strong tempo will aid his chances.

SELECTIONS: SQUARE DEALER (2), LANOCH BOY (1), SURF ACE (4)
SUGGESTED BET: SQUARE DEALER (2) to win

RACE THREE

AROONA (1)
made a starting error four runs back that has seen him banished to the outside with the resultant embargo. Fading last time behind the flying LONDON LADY, he was not too far from the winner ILLAWONG DREAMTIME two runs back and finds conditions here to take his shot.

CHASIN DREAMZ (6) faces the tough gate to negotiate but was able to grab the bronze from this same alley two starts back. Sent forward to sit parked in that contest, she could not go with them last start from the 1x1 trail as GO JO JOLT dictated. The gate makes it tough, but she can challenge.

CAUGHT OUT (3) was sent to the post as favourite last start from gate 1 where she tried to take them all the way. Collared in the closing stages by VERMONT, she can fire out here to feature.

DALLAS COWGIRL (7) started from the second line at Marburg last time out and tried to make a race of it when grabbing the silver and finishing 2m from the winner THE MACH ARMY. She will be probing.

SELECTIONS: AROONA (1), CHASIN DREAMZ (6), CAUGHT OUT (3), DALLAS COWGIRL (7)
SUGGESTED BET: AROONA (1) to win

RACE FOUR

TULHURST CUDDLES (4)
has hit the board in 7 of her 9 on this deck that includes a win here three starts back where she sat parked and was too tough in grafting out a neck margin. Runner-up at her next start, she then went to Marburg and claimed a tough win and can look for a repeat.

MELTON MAX GENTLE (3) started from inside the second line at Marburg last time out and snookered away on the tight oval with no passing lane, never got a crack at them. Working hard when left parked two back, he might just find the poles here which gives him a challenging chance.

GO JO JOLT (9) took full advantage of a nice alley last time, firing out to light the lamps and lighting the way home with a 7m margin. Placed along the passing lane two back, she will be joining in.

VERMONT (8) overcame the outside second line alley here last week when making a wide challenge where she swept home to a narrow margin. With a cart into the contest, she can make a play again.

SELECTIONS: TULHURST CUDDLES (4), MELTON MAX GENTLE (3), GO JO JOLT (9), VERMONT (8)
SUGGESTED BET: TULHURST CUDDLES (4) to win

RACE FIVE

GETALOADATHISBRO (3)
has been in the money at his past four in succession, three of those where he has been run down after setting the tempo. The latest outing was a late raid where he was runner-up to HIT THE TRACK and with his early hustle, he looks to get a chance for a breakthrough.

MONTEREY JACK (6) was taken off the arm last start and went looking for shortcuts up the poles when finishing 7m in arrears of the winner JUST ONE GOOD ONE. Facing an outside second line gate two starts back, he has no favours from the gate, but with the right trip he can challenge.

KOTARE ELITE (2) looked to get every chance for a drought breaking win last time out but was forced to sit parked and the dry spell continued. This looks tougher and place claims appear best.

MALIBU DREAM (7) will be needing a slice of luck at some stage to see open space as she looks in danger of being buried in the run. Grabbing 3rd behind joint winners last start, she will be probing.

SELECTIONS: GETALOADATHISBRO (3), MONTEREY JACK (6), KOTARE ELITE (2), MALIBU DREAM (7)
SUGGESTED BET: GETALOADATHISBRO (3) to win

RACE SIX

BRIDGE COIN (3)
started from inside the second line at headquarters last start and was making a late rally when 3m from the winner CANT BLUFF YOU. Wide off the track here two starts back but chasing against the tempo as LANOCH BOY dictated, he finds the right race to take his shot.

ONLYSBEST (2) started from wide off the second row at the AP 2138m last time out and never got warm in the latter stages, a flat tyre not helping the cause. Buried from inside the second line the start prior, he lands the improved gate and has the speed to be up front to issue a challenge.

THE GENERAL (5) returns from a spell and has been transferred to the Ronny Sallis stable since the break. Not asked for much in a trial hit out, he has no favours from the gate but stays under watch.

BONNIES CAM (8) returns from a spell and was given a pipe opener at the trials last start. That trial has since produced a winner with SHEZ NOTORIUS winning on Monday and with the right trail, he is a podium player in this.

SELECTIONS: BRIDGE COIN (3), ONLYSBEST (2), THE GENERAL (5), BONNIES CAM (8)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SEVEN

JET FORCE (7)
caught the eye when hitting the line in smart order for the bronze over the AP mile two starts back. Franking that performance when putting the afterburners on to swoop over the top to victory at his next start, he did not get the smoothest trip last time. He only needs a rub of the green to arrive.

GETALOADATHISGIRL (8) is in search of a quasi-hat-trick after successive victories over the 1780m trip on this deck. Sharing the win last week despite being carted up the track after angling to the outside, it followed an all the way win when posting a 13m margin. She can challenge once again.

BEYONSKI (2) fired off the arm from the inside gate at Marburg last start and tried to see it out when worried out of it by subsequent winner ITSMEGS. From this gate, she is in the mix.

THE CASUAL GOOSE (9) was sent to the post the punters elect last start from gate 3 where he was asked to hang tough outside the leader. Fading late but not beaten too far, he has podium claims.

SELECTIONS: JET FORCE (7), GETALOADATHISGIRL (8), BEYONSKI (2), THE CASUAL GOOSE (9)
SUGGESTED BET: JET FORCE (7) to win

RACE EIGHT

RECIPE FOR DREAMING (1)
was a winner at headquarters five runs back after finding the pocket trail and then making use of the passing lane to arrive in front. Not much has been in his favour since that win, including some tough gates. He lands all the options here to take his shot.

STORMTIDE (3) started from inside the second line here two starts back and was soon hemmed away before making a late rally to get within a head of the winner. Too far back last start from outside the second line at Marburg, he can fire some early bullets to challenge here.

VOODOO FELLA (4) stayed in the running line with 400m to travel last start and then never spotted a gap until the race was gone, grabbing a late 2nd. Knocking on the door, the gate doesn’t help here.

DEVOUGED (5) will take further benefit from his latest offering where he was second up from a spell. Making some nice metres in the closing stages wide off the track, he can chime in again.

SELECTIONS: RECIPE FOR DREAMING (1), STORMTIDE (3), VOODOO FELLA (4), DEVOUGED (5)
SUGGESTED BET: RECIPE FOR DREAMING (1) to win

RACE NINE

KASE (1)
will strip fitter from his last start where he started from inside the second line and was first up in just on 11 months. Buried in the run once positions were sorted, he was still last at the 400m, before being the widest runner, hitting the line smartly. Chasing his first Aus victory, he finds a winnable contest.

HEZ ON THE BUZZER (6) is given no favours from the outside paint but should find the opposition a little easier than what he has met in recent outings. Sent around them to sit parked over the AP 2138m last start, he faded as CANT BLUFF YOU took them all the way. This is within reach.

MELTON INSULTED (3) was luckless last start when searching for gaps that did not open and yet was only 4m in arrears of the winner. Taking her shot from the improved gate can see her feature.

LIFEINHEAVEN (7) loves being tucked away and from this alley should be securing the economical trip. Second up last start with a sound effort despite being at the tail of the field, she can chime in.

SELECTIONS: KASE (1), HEZ ON THE BUZZER (6), MELTON INSULTED (3), LIFEINHEAVEN (7)
SUGGESTED BET: KASE (1) to win
