RACE ONE

OUR LITTLE SKIPPER (1) was beaten by the outside front line and an error last time out at Marburg. Starting fav here two starts back when under 5m from the winner from gate 5, he comes up with the vastly improved gate and gets his chance to burrow through and open the account.

BOUNTYHUNTER (6) has no favours from outside the front line but he can get forward to work if required. Hanging on for the bronze last start when sitting parked and finishing under 2m from the winner, he will be issuing a challenge again here.

PRETENTIOUS BEAUTY (9) was on debut last start when locked away on the poles and holding 3rd behind OLLIE ONE SHOT. Tackling the older horses once again, she has claims.

TORQUE TO THE KING (8) is a Hurrikane Kingcole 4YO making his debut for Lachie Manzelmann. With a sound trial in readiness, he stays under a big watch first up.

SELECTIONS: OUR LITTLE SKIPPER (1), BOUNTYHUNTER (6), PRETENTIOUS BEAUTY (9), TORQUE TO THE KING (8)
SUGGESTED BET: OUR LITTLE SKIPPER (1) to win

RACE TWO

MI FURIOSO TORO (5) tackled a much tougher contest last start when easing to find position and picking up some late metres behind ALTA REVELRY. Just 4m from AMERICAN OUTLAW in a qualifier two starts back, he finds conditions to capitalise.

OYSTER STRIDE (2) found the pocket trail from two the second line last start and with the easy trip grabbed the silver when 6m away. With the chance to press forward from the front line gate, he finds the right set up to challenge.

LA SAFRON (6) has been in consistent touch of late, with placings at his past three in succession. Runner-up to ROCKSLIDE last start, the gate dents his chances.

MIDNIGHT SOMEWHERE (7) will be first up for the new stable and fresh from a spell. Opening the pipes with a tidy trial performance, he has the second line options here to feature.

SELECTIONS: MI FURIOSO TORO (5), OYSTER STRIDE (2), LA SAFRON (6), MIDNIGHT SOMEWHERE (7)
SUGGESTED BET: MI FURIOSO TORO (5) to win

RACE THREE

EMMALEEN (4)
has now had three runs back from a spell and looks to have found the right conditions for a breakthrough. Finding the pocket trail from gate 2 last start, she just lacked the zip when needed behind NINETEENTHIRTYFOUR. This looks the right set up for her to arrive.

ANSONS BAY (5) fired out from gate 1 last start when looking to take them all the way but could not see it out was LAST TIME JOE finished over the top. Holding on for the bronze, it followed a tough trip when sitting parked from gate 4. The gate stings but he finds the right opposition to challenge.

STAR OF THE ARTS (8) has placed at her past two starts, the latest after striking trouble in the run but still grabbing 3rd at Marburg. With the right trail through early, she is a podium hope.

COCONUT CUTIE (2) was midfield last start when chasing home behind JILLIBY TYPHOON which followed a forget effort after she made an error in the run. Settling handy, she is a podium hope.

SELECTIONS: EMMALEEN (4), ANSONS BAY (5), STAR OF THE ARTS (8), COCONUT CUTIE (2)
SUGGESTED BET: EMMALEEN (4) to win

RACE FOUR

GEORGEZILLA (6) has the carpark to overcome as a result of his own errors but it has not stopped him putting in strong efforts at his past two starts. Powering home to arrive from gate 5 two starts back, he was runner-up to HOLME BOY last time from this gate. This looks within his reach.

OFFICE BAD BOY (9) made an error last time out and was banished to the trials for the misdemeanour. Overcoming this alley four back to claim a narrow victory, he was making some late metres two back when a beaten fav. Despite the second line, he can throw it down.

THREE MACHS (5) faces a sticky gate for her preferred pattern and will likely be sliding back early looking for a spot. Chiming in to grab 3rd two starts back, she will be trying to join in.

SURFER JOE (3) is still a maiden stepping up against experienced performers here off the back of a fade out last start at Marburg. Settling closer to the action from this alley can see him chime in.

SELECTIONS: GEORGEZILLA (6), OFFICE BAD BOY (9), THREE MACHS (5), SURFER JOE (3),
SUGGESTED BET: GEORGEZILLA (6) to win

RACE SIX

VERMONT (5)
tackled a mare’s qualifier last start and was best of the chasing pack behind the big winner OUR PRINCESS KENNEDY after trying to work home wider on the track. Only 1m away here three starts back, she will be relying on some tempo here to power over the top.

TULHURST CUDDLES (2) was content to roll forward and sit parked last start at Marburg and eyeballing the leader over the last lap, was able to claim a gritty victory. A winner on this deck five runs back from gate 5, the improved gate is a big boost and she can throw down the challenge.

GO JO JOLT (1) has hit the board at her past three in succession, the latest at Marburg when setting the speed but just failing to see it out. With all the options, she can be thereabouts.

MATAI REACTOR (4) was a winner from the second line three starts back when owning superior closing speed to claim a 6m margin. Buried last start, he finds the right race to feature.

SELECTIONS: VERMONT (5), TULHURST CUDDLES (2), GO JO JOLT (1), MATAI REACTOR (4)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SEVEN

GETALOADATHISBRO (2)
was buried in the run from inside the second line over the AP mile two starts back and was luckless when 7m from the winner. Showing early hustle to lead but pressure into releasing and holding on for 3rd last start, he can take control here and try to repel the raid.

THE GROGMOTHER (3) should take good benefit from her return to the track here last week when first up since September. Trying to get across in the early stages but the first turn came up, she then sat in the running line but peaked in the stretch. Settling handy, she can issue a challenge.

NON PASSARE (1) was taken back from gate 5 last start and from back in the pack never got warm over the latter stages. A beaten fav two starts back, he should get the ideal trip here to feature.

SWEET JASMINE (5) has placed at her past two starts, the latest when tackling the grass at Kilcoy on Monday. 3m from ARNOLD STREET two starts back, she can chime in from the tough alley.

SELECTIONS: GETALOADATHISBRO (2), THE GROGMOTHER (3), NON PASSARE (1), SWEET JASMINE (5)
SUGGESTED BET: GETALOADATHISBRO (2) to win
