The 2023 Garrard’s Redcliffe Yearling Sale will be conducted by Darren Ebert & Co at Redcliffe Paceway on Sunday, starting at 12 noon.
The sale has attracted 57 lots by 29 different sires including the established sires Bettor’s Delight, American Ideal, Somebeachsomewhere, Sweet Lou, Rock N Roll Heaven, Always B Miki, Sportswriter, Betting Line, A Rocknroll Dance, He’s Watching, Changeover, For A Reason and Cammibest.
A number of exciting, young stallions are represented by their first crop headed up by Captain Crunch, McWicked, Lather Up, Soho Tribeca, The Storm Inside and Soho Lanikai.
Among the dams listed in the catalogue are the Group/Listed winners Sheza No Fake, Come Cullect, Bonnie Jujon and Kotare Kasai and other smart racemares in Our Ice Ice Baby Ca, Our Seduce Me NZ, Sweet As Candy, Tandy Franco NZ, Glen Isla NZ, Charlyse NZ, Nerio NZ and Say It Isnt So.
There’s siblings to a host of Group winning performers such as Wicked Style, She’s Miss Devine, Blazing Terror, Mathilda Diventa, Couldntresist, Designer Style, Dapper Bessie, Speak The Truth, Mach Dreamy, Gotta Good Reason and Justa Little Bit and the Breeders Crown trotting champions Susan Is Her Name and Margaret Jean.
All yearlings sold at the sale are eligible for the guaranteed $100,000 Garrard’s Redcliffe Yearling Sale 2YO Classic in 2024 and the $50,000 3YO Classic in 2025. They are also eligible for QBred, Breeders Crown, Bathurst Gold Crown, NSW Breeders Challenge and Vicbred.
