RACE ONE

LITTLE BOLT (5)
has a 67% top-three strike rate on this deck and drops back to Wednesday night grade after competing strongly in Saturday night company. Not far away in slick time behind DAZZLE ME last start, he was strong to the line behind SPEED DATING two back. He is up to the task.

GLENLEDI COMMANDER (2) missed from the tapes last time out at Marburg and was not a factor in a heat of the Goldstrike Series. Buried from the second line two starts back over the AP mile, he has the gate to force the issue and near the speed will issue the challenge.

ASTERISM (7) was asked to sit parked in a qualifier last start and over the 2138 was out of bullets turning for home. Taking his first look at The Triangle, he will be probing for the openings.

MAJORDOIT (6) has a smart record here at the Peninsula and should appreciate a drop back to this level of opposition. Fading after working last start behind STOMPEM, he can defy the wide gate.

SELECTIONS: LITTLE BOLT (5), GLENLEDI COMMANDER (2), ASTERISM (7), MAJORDOIT (6)
SUGGESTED BET: LITTLE BOLT (5) to win

RACE TWO

HE SAID SHE SAID (3) fired off the arm here two starts back from gate 4 and worked hard to get across and set the tempo. In for the fight, he was able to take them all the way and grip on for a narrow victory. Tackling a 70Final the start prior behind MELTON BEACH, he can capitalise again.

WINDY HILL WALLY (9) has placed at his past two here on this deck, the latest when eased to the poles from this same gate and taking the short cuts to be 4m from ROYAL PRINCESS. Darting through behind CHAINLINC the start prior, he looms as a challenger with the right tempo.

A WHOLE LOTTA ROSIE (1) was beaten by a wide gate here lasty start where she was snagged off the arm and then never got warm over the closing stages. The improved gate is a huge plus.

REASON TO BE (7) is first up in Qld since transferring to Shane Graham and arrives as a last start Stawell winner. Doing it tough when parked to claim a narrow victory, he will be probing.

SELECTIONS: HE SAID SHE SAID (3), WINDY HILL WALLY (9),  A WHOLE LOTTA ROSIE (1), REASON TO BE (7)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE THREE

PLAYA BLANCA (2)
was not suited at the Ap 2138 last start and asked to do it tough when parked, faded over the closing stages to finish rearward. A wide gate was her undoing in a 70Final the start prior when retreating after grabbing 2nd in the heat behind MELTON BEACH. This looks within reach.

MONTANA EXPRESS (3) was too tough for them last start after rolling forward to sit parked and grafting out a 2m margin. That was from gate 6 owing to an ODM embargo and subsequent to the win he has been reincluded into the main draw. That can see him throw it down again.

ZARAS A TREASURE (1) has now had two runs back from a spell and been chasing from back in the pack on both occasions. Settling closer from this gate, she has the options to feature.

NO DOUBT (6) is afforded no favours from the wide gate but in this level of contest will be in the mix. Holding on for the bronze last start behind OUR ACTION MAN, he can chime in.

SELECTIONS: PLAYA BLANCA (2), MONTANA EXPRESS (3), ZARAS A TREASURE (1), NO DOUBT (6)
SUGGESTED BET: PLAYA BLANCA (2) to win

RACE FOUR

BEEF CITY BLAZE (1) loves to finish off up the passing lane off the back of and looks to get the ideal conditions here from the ace. Faced with gate 3 at each of his past two where he has retreated, he can be tucked away soon after the start here and be ready to take the snipers shot.

ALTANA BLUE (2) was clean off the mark last start from behind the tapes at Marburg and from the front was never headed to claim the Goldstrike Consolation. Asked to hang tough in the heats outside the leader, he can look for the front here and try to see it out.

COURAGEOUS SAM (8) settled in the 1x1 trail from this same gate last start and was winding up down the stretch to grab the silver behind MONTANA EXPRESS. He can be ready to close out again.

SUNNY COVE (9) tackled a 70Heat four starts back where he secured the soft trip when 3rd to SQUARE DEALER. Stepping up in class for that contest, he was well held in the consolation last start. This looks mores suitable.

SELECTIONS: BEEF CITY BLAZE (1), ALTANA BLUE (2), COURAGEOUS SAM (8), SUNNY COVE (9)
SUGGESTED BET: BEEF CITY BLAZE (1) to win

RACE FIVE

BLING THE LUCK (3) will be looking to maintain undefeated here on The Triangle after going 2 for 2 since arriving in the Sunshine State. Overcoming gate 5 to power home over the top of them last start, she can be close enough to the action to make it a threepeat, the only query is the distance.

TRUE GRIT SHADOW (1) is another that might face a challenge at the 2040 middle trip, also having limited exposure beyond the sprint. Well held last start from inside the second line, he may have been closer if finding space sooner. He has the options here to issue a challenge.

TORQUE IS MY GIRL (7) should secure an economical trip and will be awaiting the gap to make a late play. Grabbing the bronze last start behind MISTER ARTIKULATE, she will be probing.

ABBEY DIADEMA (8) was a winner here two start back when finishing best from the 1x1 trail to claim a 3m margin. Chasing hard for 2nd behind MONTEREY JACK last start, she can chime in.

SELECTIONS: BLING THE LUCK (3), TRUE GRIT SHADOW (1), TORQUE IS MY GIRL (7), ABBEY DIADEMA (8)
SUGGESTED BET: BLING THE LUCK (3), to win

RACE SIX

LAZY BLAZE (1)
was a winner here two start back when settled rearward after retreating from gate 5 and rattling home in the closing stages to claim a narrow margin. Trying to make ground from back in the pack last start from gate 6, the improved gate is a huge asset here.

BERTILS FIREFOX (3) overcame the second line to descend on them here two runs back and claim a 2m margin. Holding on for the bronze behind BLING THE LUCK last start, he can get off the arm quick when required and can look to fire the early bullets to issue a challenge.

SIGNOR JUJON (7) was trying to wind up over the closing stages last start at the AP mile but could only manage an 8m margin behind MISTER WOODPORT. With the soft trip he will be probing.

TACTICS ARE ROLLIN (4) should appreciate a return to The Triangle after finding things a little out fo reach in her recent runs. With both her career wins here at Redcliffe, she has claims.

SELECTIONS: LAZY BLAZE (1), BERTILS FIREFOX (3), SIGNOR JUJON (7), TACTICS ARE ROLLIN (4)
SUGGESTED BET:   LAZY BLAZE (1) to win

RACE SEVEN

GEIRANGER RAINBOWS (2)
faced gate 6 last start and after retreating early was finishing wide off the track to be 6m in arrears of the winner. Buried in the run from the second line two starts back when resuming from a spell, the improved gate can be the catalyst for her to capitalise.

THREE ONE FOUR (4) has placed in three of six this season as she continues to chase an elusive second win. Looking to take them all the way last start, she was nabbed in the last strides by DEECEE ROCKIN. A beaten odds-on shot the start prior, she finds conditions to challenge once again.

SHORT LEG SUE (7) fired off the arm from gate 1 last start and fought off all bar BLING THE LUCK who claimed a 6m margin. Needing a slice of luck from this alley, she can be thereabouts.

TINSEL TIARA (8) was stepping out in Qld for the first time when sent to sit parked here last week where she was then 8m from the winner DEECEE ROCKIN. Fitter for the run, she has claims.

SELECTIONS: GEIRANGER RAINBOWS (2), THREE ONE FOUR (4), SHORT LEG SUE (7), TINSEL TIARA (8)
SUGGESTED BET: GEIRANGER RAINBOWS (2) to win

RACE EIGHT

MANOFLISA (2) found the 1x1 trail last start and was trying to make some late metres when 6m in arrears of the winner. Buried in the run and not able to make a late play the start prior, he can settle handy enough and finds the right conditions to capitalise.

WHATA REACTOR (9) faced gate 5 here two starts back where she was able to land in the 1x1 trail and try to launch a closing raid when 2m from the winner BERTILS FIREFOX. Fading out last start over the AP mile, a return to Redcliffe in this line up looks the right tonic for a turnaround.

YARRAMANS SHADOW (7) has placed at his past two starts, the latest from outside the second line when making a late play to be 4m from EASTBRO TEX. A cosy trip can see him probing for openings.

MOLLIDOR (5) is on a 14-month win-drought and found then a bit too slipper last start over the AP mile. A tidy 2nd three starts back, that type of result can put her in the mix here.

SELECTIONS: MANOFLISA (2), WHATA REACTOR (9), YARRAMANS SHADOW (7), MOLLIDOR (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE NINE

IMA MIDNIGHT REBEL (1) fired out from gate 2 here last week when looking to take them all the way and led deep into the stretch, only to be collared and finish a 2m 3rd. Placed her previous three, she looked to have found her race at Marburg on Sunday but the race was abandoned mid-way through. Can start 23 be the breakthrough?

TEAM SPORT (8) tackled a much tougher maiden last start at HQ where he was midfield behind the smart looking LOUS DREAM. Runner-up in both previous outings when under 3m from the winner on each occasion, he can follow through here to throw it down.

TUFFY (3) loomed up strongly down the stretch last start but peaked on the run when he looked set to be going straight on by, finishing 3m in arrears. A return to the front line is a plus.

BLACK GEMSTONE (2) faded out last start as RAWORTH GIRL took the prize. Taking some benefit from the run where she was second up, she can be thereabouts here.

SELECTIONS: IMA MIDNIGHT REBEL (1), TEAM SPORT (8), TUFFY (3), BLACK GEMSTONE (2)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE TEN

ROCKIN CHIKA (2)
made her debut in a strong event at The Creek when finishing midfield behind the smart looking DRAGON. Starting from inside the second line and easing off into the running line in that event, she can take the experience from the run to capitalise in this line up.

SKYGIRL (1) is a filly on debut for Donny Smith by his former Group 1 winning juvenile A Good Chance who has produced just five foals, one of those being the handy SPORTING LEGEND. With a tidy qualifying trial behind older horses, she has the gate top challenge first up.

ISLA AND ADDIE (5) made her debut with a 3rd to BRONSKI ZULU back in January where she showed good arm hustle to lead before taking a trail. Sent for a break after her 2nd outing, she returned a nice trial in readiness for this campaign.

SELECTIONS: ROCKIN CHIKA (2), SKYGIRL (1), ISLA AND ADDIE (5)
SUGGESTED BET: ROCKIN CHIKA (2) to win
