RACE ONE

KEITH WILL DO (1)
should appreciate the improved gate after a sound effort last start behind COSMIC FLYER from the second line. Eased from gate 6 the start prior and then not finishing too far from WATCH THE GREAT ONE, he can burrow through and make start 13 the lucky one.

THIS YANKEE ROCKS (4) started from the second line last time out and was buried away after following the pegs. Fading after tackling a tougher maiden two starts back, this looks the right opposition to challenge.

MARKSMAN (3) was snagged back last start and from back in the pack could not get warm over the latter stages. Settling closer to the action here helps his chances.

RISSOLES (7) is a 4YO Changeover gelding on debut for Dexter McLean that has been given plenty of trial experience to prepare for his first race start. A soft trip should suit first up.

SELECTIONS: KEITH WILL DO (1), THIS YANKEE ROCKS (4), MARKSMAN (3), RISSOLES (7)
SUGGESTED BET: KEITH WILL DO (1) to win

RACE TWO

APRIL IN PARIS (3) has placed at her past two starts, the latest from outside the second line when making some late metres from deep field behind COSMIC FLYER. Leading them up when gunned down by WATCH THE GREAT ONE the start prior, she looks to get every hope to open the account.

AUNTY BEC (6) was banished to the trials last start when fading out after being sent around to sit parked from the 1000m. The gate does her no favours here but a return to maiden company should help her cause.

MILLIE FRANCIS (6) resumes from a spell after a 12-month break since the second of her two career attempts. With a pair of handy trials in readiness for the return, she can chime in.

EL LUCA (4) made his debut back in April when facing a wide gate and fading behind BORN TO WRITE. He finds the opposition to push for a podium spot.

SELECTIONS: APRIL IN PARIS (3), AUNTY BEC (6), MILLIE FRANCIS (6), EL LUCA (4)
SUGGESTED BET: APRIL IN PARIS (3) to win

RACE THREE

GRAYSON (3)
rolled forward from this gate last start and after being exposed early found cover in finishing 5m from the winner. Collared after setting the tempo at Marburg two starts back, he can force the issue here and from the front look to dictate.

RIGHTYO (2)  found the line in nice order last start after starting from the second line to be just a half-head from the winner which had followed a forget effort where he made an error. No closer than gate 4 at his past 11 starts, this looks his chance to challenge.

CHAKANA (1) found the poles from gate 2 before releasing for the trail here on Sunday night and held on for the bronze behind JAKKI MUN. A trail trip can see her in the money again here.

SWINGING GEORGE (6) will need to be working at some stage from the wide gate as he comes into this fresh off a tough run over the AP 2138. He has podium claims.

SELECTIONS: GRAYSON (3), RIGHTYO (2), CHAKANA (1), SWINGING GEORGE (6)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FOUR

DUKE (1) started from this gate two starts back when taking cover and holding on for the bronze behind MISTERRIODEJANEIRO. Not suited last start when asked to graft it out first over, he gets back to a soft trip here and can be ready to capitalise.

WHATA CHALLENGE (3) resumed from a spell two starts back when faced with the second line and had the closing power to arrive for a half-head margin. Buried in the run last start, he can get into the running line here and be there to throw it down.

TAPTHEKEG (8) has placed at his past three starts, the latest when grabbing 3rd from back in the pack after retreating from a wide gate. Pressing through early he can be closing out.

ROLLONX (9) was asked to sit parked last start from gate 2 and faded in the closing stages after the tough trip. Saved for one shot, he can be picking a few off late.

SELECTIONS: DUKE (1), WHATA CHALLENGE (3), TAPTHEKEG (8), ROLLONX (9)
SUGGESTED BET: DUKE (1) to win

RACE FIVE

MALINJANG (1)
started from inside the second line two starts back and was away from the fence and had the closing speed to arrive for a 2m margin. Not suited over the AP 2138 from the second line last time out, he has all the mapping options here to stake his claim.

MON BEL ANGE (2) was snookered three back from gate 1 over the AP mile last time out when 8m from the winner FILLY THIRTEEN. Fresh up after six weeks in that latest run, it has been another three weeks between outings which does pose a fitness query.

PROSPECTUS (4) should take benefit from her latest outing when resuming from a spell following stable change.  Faced with gate 6 and sent forward to sit parked, she is in the mix for this.

GOTTA DREAM (8) sat rearward from the second line last start and when asked for the effort had the power to round them up and claim a narrow victory. He can be chiming in again here.

SELECTIONS: MALINJANG (1), MON BEL ANGE (2), PROSPECTUS (4), GOTTA DREAM (8)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SIX

YOGI (3)
made the most of the ace last start when burrowing through to lead and take them all the way with 5m to spare in an effortless win after starting deep into the red. Outclassed in the 3YOSales Final the start prior, he can press the button here and chase the back to back wins.

VALLANI MAGIC (5) has had three starts here on her home deck and been in the top-two on each occasion. Runner-up at her first two appearances, she cashed in last start from gate 5 when firing out and taking them all the way for a smart win. Off the back of that effort, she can throw it down.

TOMMY BLIGH (6) is given no favours from the outside paint but has been racing consistently with placings at his past three in succession. Searching for gaps last start, he can chime in again.

MISS PAU (8) had good speed when finding open space last start to power over the top and arrive on the wire for a narrow victory. Following through early, she is a place hope once again.

SELECTIONS: YOGI (3), VALLANI MAGIC (5), TOMMY BLIGH (6), MISS PAU (8)
SUGGESTED BET:  YOGI / VALLANI MAGIC quinella/exacta (3/5)

RACE SEVEN

DREAMERS DELIGHT (1)
is yet to claim victory in Qld in five attempts, all here at Redcliffe, but might just have found the right conditions for a breakthrough. Unable to warm up in the latter stages last start when midfield, the 2040 might sort quite a few of these out and she can capitalise.

HARLEY BLUE (2) is yet to hit the board in seven attempts beyond the sprint trip which does throw up a few questions. Pressing forward to lead from gate 3 last start at the 1780, she faded in the closing stages to finish 4m in arrears of the winner NEVADA YANKEE. The gate is a big plus.

JET FORCE (4) is another with questionable credentials at the middle trip but brings a last start victory into the calculations where he darted through on the passing lane. He can be thereabouts.

LIFEINHEAVEN (5) does not receive many favours from the gate, but she is an opportunist and can slide back early. Never too far away, her middle trip record keeps her in contention.

SELECTIONS: DREAMERS DELIGHT (1), HARLEY BLUE (2), JET FORCE (4), LIFEINHEAVEN (5)
SUGGESTED BET: DREAMERS DELIGHT (1) to win

RACE EIGHT

CAPTAINS PICK (8)
was a starchy winner here four starts back when sent forward from gate 4 to sit parked and he was able to grind out a 3m margin. His past three have been at HQ against stronger opposition and the return to The Triangle against this opposition can see him cash in.

SAVING MAJOR PERCY (4) held the pocket trail from inside the second line last here two starts back when taking his chance to claim victory by a neck margin. Wide off the track last start from gate 6, he can press forward in the early stages here to issue the challenge.

THERESACHANCE (2) took the trail after finding the front last start and was trying to grab a minor as CAPTAIN SHUFFLES blasted his rivals in a 55 last half. He can fire off the arm early to feature.

PRESS STATEMENT (1) rises sharply in ratings to tackle this battle but receives the gate offset. Holding on for 3rd in this grade two starts back from this same gate, he can grab a cheque again here.

SELECTIONS: CAPTAINS PICK (8), SAVING MAJOR PERCY (4), THERESACHANCE (2), PRESS STATEMENT (1)
SUGGESTED BET: CAPTAINS PICK (8) to win

RACE NINE

SUBSTITOOTH (8)
was a winner here four starts back when sent around them early to sit parked and grind out a strong victory. Placed in all three starts since that win, he was gunned down in front last start and while he will need to work again from this gate, he is up to the task.

NEVADA YANKEE (7) was sent forward from gate 6 last start to sit parked and despite the tough trip was able to grind out the prize with a head to spare. Luckless when searching for a run the start prior, he can get the economical trip and look to issue a closing challenge.

STUDLEIGH MARK (1) was able to overcome gate 5 here two starts back and then last start was trying to wind up in the latter stages when grabbing 3rd. Key to his chances will be how much heat he cops in transit.

LITTLE CHANGE (9) loves a peg trip, and he can drop down from this gate and look for the short way home. A winner last start up the passing lane, he will be probing.

SELECTIONS: SUBSTITOOTH (8), NEVADA YANKEE (7), STUDLEIGH MARK (1), LITTLE CHANGE (9)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-7-8-9

RACE TEN

WONDERWOMAN JUJON (8) started fav last time out from gate 6 over this trip but could not get warm in the closing stages as PARTY POLOTIX took the prize. A passing lane 3rd in a mare’s qualifier two starts back, her record here is smart and she can be looking to rattle home late.

VODKA EN ICE (1) burrowed through and was looking to take them all the way here last start but was nabbed near the wire, finishing a half-0head short of victory. 5m from the winner STUDLEIGH MARK here two starts back when releasing, he has all the options to challenge.

ROCK HAMMER (7) was shuffled to three back on the inside last start over the AP 2138 when midfield behind INTO THE MYSTIC. Runner-up his previous two in succession, he will be probing.

CAPTAIN FOXTROT (3) steps out for his first 3YO appearance and comes into the contest after trialling against strong opposition. Settling handy he can feature fresh up.

SELECTIONS: WONDERWOMAN JUJON (8), VODKA EN ICE (1), ROCK HAMMER (7), CAPTAIN FOXTROT (3)
SUGGESTED BET:
