RACE ONE

HURRICANE JEWELS (1) had an early look last start for position before settling in the 1x1 trail. Best of the chasing pack behind the clear out winner BONNYS MY BOY, the start prior she had to chase home behind subsequent winner SHES IN LINE. She has the gate and conditions to open the account.

SOMEONES WATCHING (7) was snagged off the arm last start from gate 6 to settle rearward and then never a factor. Striking trouble the start prior, he has been unable to hit the board after three appearances, but maps here for the soft trip to issue a challenge.

PLAYING FOR KEEPS (2) is a beautifully bred 2YO filly tackling older horses on debut. Out of former G1 winner Lady White Water, her qualifying trial was back in April, and she stays under watch.

DOOLITTLE DAZZLER (5) was outclassed behind the big winner BONNY MY BOY last start when just out of the money. Despite a tricky gate, he has podium claims here.

SELECTIONS: HURRICANE JEWELS (1), SOMEONES WATCHING (7), PLAYING FOR KEEPS (2), DOOLITTLE DAZZLER (5)
SUGGESTED BET: HURRICANE JEWELS (1) to win

RACE THREE

DUKE (8)
faced this same gate last start when trying to pick up some ground in the closing stages as COCONUT CUTIE raced clear to a big win. Not too far from UNDERTHEKILT two starts back to grab the bronze, he should secure the right trip and importantly faces the right opposition to capitalise.

LAZY BLAZE (2) will strip fitter from his latest offering where he was third up from a spell and tackled the AP mile. Buried in the run second up, he can look to get handy to the action from this gate and settling closer, he finds the right set up to issue a challenge.

SWINGING GEORGE (5) found conditions to suit here two starts back when presenting from the 1x1 trail to descend on them and pull clear to an 11m margin. 3rd last start, the wide gate makes it tough.

LONG TIME COMING (6) has no favours from the car park after a last start 2nd when best of the chasers behind repeat winner SHES IN LINE. Breaking the maiden three back, he has place claims.

SELECTIONS: DUKE (8), LAZY BLAZE (2), SWINGING GEORGE (5), LONG TIME COMING (6)
SUGGESTED BET: DUKE (8), to win

RACE FOUR

MAGICOL IDEAL (1) only has the one win here on The Triangle, but he looks to strike the right set up to add another here. Fading late after leading them up last start over the AP mile, he held 3rd two starts back when grabbed by subsequent winner BORSELLINO. He looks to get his chance to dictate.

FIVE STAR GEM (8) found them a little bit too strong last start in the 3YO Triad Final when at the rear behind the star colt FOR REAL LIFE. Placed in both prior outings, a return to this deck is in his favour and following through early can position up to issue a challenge.

FUNNILY ENOUGH (2) found the right conditions last start to press forward from gate 4, take control and see it out from the front. Forced to sit parked at the 2040 the start prior, he can feature here.

VERMONT (7) maps for the soft trip in behind the action and will be awaiting the gap to make a play. Runner-up last start when just a head from the winner, she will be probing.

SELECTIONS: MAGICOL IDEAL (1), FIVE STAR GEM (8), FUNNILY ENOUGH (2), VERMONT (7)
SUGGESTED BET: MAGICOL IDEAL (1) to win

RACE FIVE

VOODOO FELLA (5)
was a winner here four starts back when finding the 1x1 trail before possessing superior closing speed to take the victory. Second line gates have made it tough at his past three and although he draws wide, he can look to finish over the top of them.

HIGH ON MONTANA (6) only has the 2 wins in 51 attempts at the middle trip, but one of those came five runs back. Beaten by gate 5 last start when retreating and with a strong closing half unable to work into it, he will be relying on some tempo to make a closing challenge.

KORLOFF NOIR (1) secures the options from this alley and should appreciate this grad after tackling a mare’s qualifier last start. Just out of the money behind MAJOR ICON two back, she can feature.

DIEGO DELGADO (8) has placed in two of his nine beyond the sprint as he lines up here chasing a hat-trick of wins. Scoring a smart win last start when working over the top, if he can see the trip, he looms large.

SELECTIONS: VOODOO FELLA (5), HIGH ON MONTANA (6), KORLOFF NOIR (1), DIEGO DELGADO (8)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SIX

ETERNAL GOLD (3)
tackled a QBRED contest last start from gate 2 over the AP mile where he fired out and looked to see it out from the front. Starting fav for that contest, he could not finish them off as FAST TRACKER charged late to score. Back to The Triangle looks ideal and he can cash in.

SPORT MENTAL (1) settled in the 1x1 trail last start but could not go with them over the latter stages as PRESS STATEMENT claimed a big victory. 4m away from that same winner the start prior, she maps to be tucked away behind the speed here, awaiting the gap to take the snipers shot.

ROCKSLIDE (7) eased from gate 6 to settle rearward last time out and from deep in the pack was making some nice closing metres when 3rd behind subsequent winner LITTLE CHANGE. He will probe.

OCTOBER RACKETEER (2) has been hitting some nice areas in recent starts and lines up here chasing a hat-trick of victories. Scoring from the pocket trail last start, he can be handy enough to chime in.

SELECTIONS: ETERNAL GOLD (3), SPORT MENTAL (1), ROCKSLIDE (7), OCTOBER RACKETEER (2)
SUGGESTED BET:  Exotics 1-2-3-7

RACE SEVEN

HES SWEET (1)
made the most of this same gate last time out when darting through to take up the lamp lighting duties and controlling the tempo was able to light them all the way home. Seeing it with a tidy closing half, he can burrow through again and look to rinse and repeat.

FRONTLINER (2) eased from gate 5 last start to settle rearward and was making some late metres chasing OCTOBER RACKETEER. Holding on for the bronze behind MERGE RIGHT the start prior when just 3m away, he can be close enough to issue a challenge.

THE IRISH EAGLE (7) will strip fitter from his latest offering when resuming from a spell in a second division qualifier at HQ. Mapping for the soft trip behind the action, he can be ready to chime in.

CANT BLUFF YOU (8) has a tidy record here at Redcliffe and has mapping options early to chase a soft trip. Chasing behind JAMES CAGNEY last start in a qualifier, he can join in here.

SELECTIONS: HES SWEET (1), FRONTLINER (2), THE IRISH EAGLE (7), CANT BLUFF YOU (8)
SUGGESTED BET: HES SWEET (1) to win

RACE EIGHT

OUR FIRE AND DELIGHT (1)
was second up in Qld here three runs back when settling near the rear and closing out strongly to claim a smart win. Tackling much tougher opposition at The Creek in both runs since, a return to this deck with the tight gate can see her bounce back to winning form.

OOGA CHAKA (6) has no favours from the outside paint, but his recent attempts suggest he is not far off claiming his first Qld victory. Sent to sit parked last start in a grafting 3rd when 2m from HES SWEET, he was runner-up behind the smart winner THE VICAR OF DIBLEY two back.

ILLBEWATCHING (7) will appreciate a soft trip in behind the speed and will be searching for the openings to make a closing play. Strong to the line last start for the bronze, he will be probing.

ART ON FIRE (9) started from inside the second line last start and was locked away when down the line as LITTLE CHANGE revved up late to score. He will be trying to join in over the closing stages.

SELECTIONS: OUR FIRE AND DELIGHT (1), OOGA CHAKA (6), ILLBEWATCHING (7), ART ON FIRE (9)
SUGGESTED BET: OUR FIRE AND DELIGHT (1) to win

RACE NINE

SHES IN LINE (8)
is unbeaten since arriving in Qld from NZ and comes up with the same gate she faced in both victories. Forcing the issue when put into the contest last start and pulling clear to a 15m victory, this is another step up but a  solid tempo can help her chase down the threepeat.

SUBSTITOOTH (4) moves to the front line after his past two have been from the second line, the latest when trying to make late ground as CALF PEN took the prize. With the chance to get froward and put some heat into the battle, he gets his chance to return to winning form.

RABY BAY (1) eased from gate 5 last start and from back in the pack never really got warm in the closing stages. A winner here three back, he secures an improved gate to make a play.

FAIREACHDAINN (7) was a winner from the pocket trail three starts back and lands the chance to get the soft trip here. Just 3m from HES SWEET last start, she will be searching for the openings.

SELECTIONS: SHES IN LINE (8), SUBSTITOOTH (4), RABY BAY (1), FAIREACHDAINN (7)
SUGGESTED BET: SHES IN LINE (8) to win

RACE TEN

FULLOFIT (1) was chasing a hat-trick last start when forced to sit parked over this same trip. Griding it out to hold on for the bronze behind CALF PEN, she was too strong in front here two starts back. From the gate, she can burrow through to protect the poles and chase the threepeat.

WONDERWOMAN JUJON (6) made a mess of the start two runs back and then was again sketchy behind the barrier in the Triad Final last start. Capable enough to take care of this field at her best, if she can get the start sorted, she cannot be underestimated.

MACH TORQUE (3) did not have anything go her way last start from gate 6 when fading over the closing stages. Holding on for the bronze here the start prior, she can be close enough to feature.

TRACHERS PET (2) is still looking to cash in for her first win beyond the 1780 and was out of the money from gate 1 over this trip last start. Settling close enough she has a podium chance.

SELECTIONS: FULLOFIT (1), WONDERWOMAN JUJON (6), MACH TORQUE (3), TRACHERS PET (2)
SUGGESTED BET: FULLOFIT (1) to win
