RACE ONE

MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (3) went to the line untested three runs back when tackling a second division qualifier. Buried in the run at his next attempt after showing good early speed before charging late to be 3m away, he was able to cash in last start for a narrow victory. He can look for the repeat.

SO BOBS YOUR UNCLE (1) settled in the running line last start and was trying to make a late play when finishing with the silver behind LUXURY LAD. Effective off a soft fence trip, he should be able to stalk the speed here and throw down the challenge.

EURO BEAT (6) was first up in Qld last time out when doing plenty of work in the run and fading over the closing stages. The wide gate stings but fitter for the effort can be joining in.

STOMPEM (5) is never too far from the action and despite landing the wide gate can be thereabouts. Making a late raid from deep field to grab 3rd last start, a solid tempo will aid his chances.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (3), SO BOBS YOUR UNCLE (1), EURO BEAT (6), STOMPEM (5)
SUGGESTED BET: MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (3) to win

RACE THREE

MY GIRL MANDY (1)
has yet to hit the board in five attempts beyond ten furlongs but might just have found the conditions to make it one from six. Strong to the line wide off the track last start when beaten a neck, she has all the options here to capitalise.

FOVEAUX MAJOR (5) landed the ace last start and tucked straight in for the trail on the back of eventual winner OYSTER STRIDE who took them all the way. Best of the chasing pack after the cosy trip, he was 5m away and despite a potentially awkward gate here, can issue a challenge.

GABBYS IDEAL (8) faced the outside second line last start and was trying to make a late raid when finishing 3m astern of the winner TRACER BULLET. She can be chiming in again here.

DOOLITTLE DEXTER (3) scored over this trip four runs back when taking the trail from gate 1 and finishing best for a narrow victory. Runner-up last start, he can be thereabouts.

SELECTIONS: MY GIRL MANDY (1), FOVEAUX MAJOR (5), GABBYS IDEAL (8), DOOLITTLE DEXTER (3)
SUGGESTED BET: MY GIRL MANDY (1) to win

RACE FOUR

SUNRISE RUBY (1) has been runner-up at her past three in succession, the latest when taking the trail at the 2040 and finishing 5m adrift of the winner IMA BEACH BABE. Worried out of it by MISTER HART two starts back when trying to take them all the way, she gets her chance here to dictate.

THE HARRIS HAWK (7) has hit some consistent form and lines up here after hitting the board at his past seven in succession. Snaring this gate last start, he stalked the speed until it was time to swoop and charged through to grab the prize. He will be tucked away, ready for the repeat.

TRACER BULLET (8) was building towards a victory and franked that assessment when darting through along the passing lane last start to score. He can be making a closing raid again here.

PAGO PAGO (2) eased from gate 5 last time out to settle rearward before making good metres in the closing stages to finish with the silver. He can settle closer to the action here.

SELECTIONS: SUNRISE RUBY (1), THE HARRIS HAWK (7), TRACER BULLET (8), PAGO PAGO (2)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-7-8

RACE FIVE

ONE CHAIN ROAD (1)
was returning from a spell last time out when trying to find position from gate 4. Slotting into the running line, he was best of the chasing pack to grab 2nd behind the smart winner BORN TO WRITE. With added fitness and the improved gate, he gets the options to capitalise.

DELIGHT OF RANI (3) struck trouble last start with his chances expiring the moment he went off stride. Trying to take them all the way two starts back, he led them into deep stretch when collared by HARRYS DEAL, holding on for 3rd. After three runs back from a spell, he can throw it down.

SKYLAR BREE (5) was resuming from a spell last start over the AP mile when wilting to finish at the rear. Going into that contest without a trial, she can be sharper in this grade with the added fitness.

STARS OF AMERICA (4) found conditions to claim the breakthrough victory last start, securing the right trip to descend on them and pull clear to a 5m victory. He has podium claims once again.

SELECTIONS: ONE CHAIN ROAD (1), DELIGHT OF RANI (3), SKYLAR BREE (5), STARS OF AMERICA (4)
SUGGESTED BET: ONE CHAIN ROAD (1) to win

RACE SIX

TACKAS LAST DANCE (3)
is knocking on the door after placing at her past four in succession, the latest when going under as the fav. Trying to see it out from the front, she was swamped late to finish under 2m from the winner. She can fire out again and be gripping on.

PURPLE SHADES (9) faced this same gate last start when settled in the running line, he was trying to launch a closing raid on them, grabbing the bronze when 5m astern of the winner. Placed in four of his past six, he can chase a cart into the contest to issue a challenge.

TORQUE IN CONTROL (8) held the pocket trail last start but could not go with them when the speed went on. A winner from three back the poles three starts back, she can be joining in late.

CALL ME TRISH (6) pressed on from gate 4 last start to find the front and was trying to fight them off over the closing stages. Collared in the last strides, the gate does her no favours here.

SELECTIONS: TACKAS LAST DANCE (3), PURPLE SHADES (9), TORQUE IN CONTROL (8), CALL ME TRISH (6)
SUGGESTED BET:  TACKAS LAST DANCE (3) to win

RACE SEVEN

ART OF ROCK (4)
is just a 2YO tackling the older opposition at just his 3rd career starts, Fading out on debut against his own age at HQ, he was making a late raid here last start when runner-up behind ESTIVAL, beaten 3m. With the added experience, he can look to open the account.

KISS THE AVIATOR (7) continues to chase the elusive maiden breaking victory. With four runs back from a spell, he has been beaten by gate 9 at the past two as he lines up here at career start 83, looking for the breakthrough. If he lobs leaders back, this might just be the night.

BEARS BEST (1) was runner-up at Kilcoy two starts back. He should appreciate the options from this gate and can find the right position in transit to chase the podium.

FANCY LIKE BARBIE (5) was first up from a spell last start when settled in the pocket trail from gate 1. Holding on for the bronze behind STARS OF AMERICA, she can chime in to grab a minor.

SELECTIONS: ART OF ROCK (4), KISS THE AVIATOR (7), BEARS BEST (1), FANCY LIKE BARBIE (5)
SUGGESTED BET: ART OF ROCK (4) to win

RACE EIGHT

RIVERINA FLASH (8)
forced the issue last start from gate 3, pressing to the front and trying to see it out, was swamped in the stretch, finishing 7m in arrears of the winner. Runner-up in both prior starts, including over the AP 2138, with the right trail, he can descend on them.

FEELING THE POWER (2) will be first up from a spell following his last appearance back in May when trying to make ground wide off the track. With a string of bad barriers prior to his spell, he should appreciate the improved alley here and getting handy can see him challenge fresh.

CHASIN DREAMZ (7) looks in danger of being shuffled back on the poles from this alley and will be relying on some factors in her favour. Buried from this gate last start, she will be probing.

SKIPPERS SWAN SONG (9) was a winner from this gate three starts back when charging home over the top of them to score. Not much has gone her way in two runs since and she can bounce back.

SELECTIONS: RIVERINA FLASH (8), FEELING THE POWER (2), CHASIN DREAMZ (7), SKIPPERS SWAN SONG (9)
SUGGESTED BET: RIVERINA FLASH (8) to win

RACE NINE

IMA BEACH BABE (2)
took 136 career starts to win beyond 1850m when she was able to claim a gritty win over this trip last time out. That was her 23rd attempt at the middle trip and she was able to claim the 5m margin after sitting parked. Can she fight them off again?

MISS MIA (1) tried to take them all the way from this gate over the 1780 last start and wilted to finish at the rear. Having taken a trail at her previous four starts when drawn gate 1, she lands the ace again here at the middle trip. With the option to stalk the speed, she can challenge.

MOUNT HERCULES (3) eased from gate 6 here two starts back and powered home over the top of them to claim a smart win. Unable to get warm last start, a smaller field helps his chances.

FLO RYDA (4) was making good metres last start to finish 3m from the winner, MY ULTIMATE VICTOR. Grabbing 3rd when beaten a similar margin the start prior, he can be chiming in again.

SELECTIONS: IMA BEACH BABE (2), MISS MIA (1), MOUNT HERCULES (3), FLO RYDA (4)
SUGGESTED BET:
