In preparation for the first acceptance deadline for horses currently nominated for the Ladbrokes ID23 Pacing and Trotting Series please refer to the below information:
- First Acceptance Deadline Monday October 23 12:00PM QLD time
- Horses currently nominated will be deemed automatic acceptors unless withdrawn
- Second Acceptance Deadline Monday November 20 12:00PM QLD time
- First and Second acceptance fees will be invoiced once final acceptors are known (November 27)
- Final (Third) Acceptance fee to be deducted from prizemoney
- No up front payment acceptance fees are required
- Acceptance fees will apply for horses withdrawn after any of the acceptance deadlines.
- Balloted horses will not incur any acceptance fees.
Acceptance fee details
Late nominations will be accepted up until 12PM QLD time November 17 by paying a Late Nomination Fee of $10,000 + GST for Pacers or $8,000 + GST for Trotters.
Horses that won a Golden Ticket race and were not previously nominated for the Series may be accepted as Late Nominations by paying half the above Late Nomination fee.
