Race 1

3. April In Paris was a little disappointing first up but gets her chance to make amends here. Likely to land on the front end and with extra fitness on her side she is the one to beat.

5. Littlemickey had to work in the run last start but fought on bravely and wasn’t disgraced. Only having his 3rd career start here, he will be no doubt be further improved and looms as the obvious danger.

4. Melton Schleger tried to work forward early last start before having to restrain back to the end of the field. He worked home fairly well and with a more favourable gate this start he can settle much closer.

6. Bettor Dream Sweet can do things wrong but shows signs of ability when he has his mind on the job.

Race 2

5. Rollonx was luckless at Marburg on Sunday. Driven for luck from his awkward draw he never saw daylight. He can roll forward in this race and gets his chance to get into the winner’s circle.

7. Rancho Man drops back to the 40 grade here after not beaten far in a tougher race at Marburg. Beaten less than 4 m at Albion Park 3 starts ago reads well for this race.

6. Office Bad Boy struggles to find himself in the winners stall too often but he is consistent and with a bit of luck in running from his awkward draw he can be thereabouts again.

8. Whata Reactor has trialled twice since her last start failure with her most recent trial suggesting she is an outside chance in this race.

Race 3

2. Sweet Rippin only has the 1 career win to her name but it was an emphatic 21.9m victory this track/distance when she was able to lead. After sticking on well from the breeze last start she is likely to run the gate here and is certainly the one to beat if she is the leader.

6. Watching Ricky has plenty of ability but has a tendency to do things wrong. He chased well after an early error last start in a much stronger race. If he is able to bring his manners he is more than capable of winning this despite the wide gate.

3. Kerrie Be tired badly 1st up from a long spell but has since trialled well in reasonable time at Albion Park. If you are happy to forgive her first up failure and go off her trial she is definitely in the mix here.

9. Roseanne Ruby is having her first run for John Mcmullen. She won her most recent trial in moderate time only however she won in good fashion to suggest she has some ability.

Race 4

7. Changingoftheguard drops back to up to 40 grade here after 2 good efforts where he has been forced to race in the breeze. With the likelihood of receiving the perfect trip here he looks hard to hold out.

1. Convair Hustler finds himself in up to 40 grade for the first time in a long time. Having no luck 2 starts ago and then chasing well from back and wide at Marburg on Sunday he is racing well enough to be a strong chance from a favourable draw.

8. Duke was not beaten far in a similar race last start after a good drive by Taleah when she made the mid race move when the pace slowed. He will be thereabouts again in this race with even luck.

5. Shakatie  should be fitter now she has had 3 runs back after a 7 month spell. She chased ok last start in an above average up to 40 race.

Race 5

1. Im a Classy Girl chased well last start making up many lengths from back in the field. Drawn favourably here to have options early she looks a strong winning chance.

8. Datsinahurri is looking for the hat trick here after 2 strong efforts from the breeze. Racing in good form to suggest the rise in grade is not beyond her.

2. Bad Boy Boris can certainly do things wrong but is well placed here from the nice draw to be in the mix if he is on his best behaviour.

7. Courageous Leo draws to get a soft trip here and placed from a similar set up at Marburg last Sunday.

Race 6

6. Fire and Ice looks to have found a suitable race despite the awkward draw. Chasing strongly in a quick final quarter last start in a stronger race he will just need even luck in running to be hard to beat.

3. Monterey Jack is racing very consistently and bought up a hat trick of 2nds last start. He can be aggressive here early and look for a forward position where he produces his best form.

2. Melton Insulted is yet to win over this distance but gets her chance to find a favourable run on pace here to give her every chance.

5. Holdingno Currency made an early move last start over this trip and faded late. Likely to be driven a bit more conservative here he can finishing off well.

Race 7

3. Head Noise does not have the best numerical form but she runs her best races from the front which is her likely racing position here. She has been the leader 4 times for 3 wins since she joined the Ben Battle stable.

1.Tactfilly Miracle is a pure sit sprinter who gets her ideal draw here. She chased well last start in a quick last half over this distance.

5. Mister Hart chased well last start from wide and back in a fast race. He faces a tricky draw here but is going well enough to take this race out.

7. Illbewatching had to do the work from the breeze last start which is not his go. Drawn to require a fair amount of luck here he can feature if the gaps arrive.

Race 8

1. Hey Mister Taylor definitely struggles to find the winners stall but he should get every opportunity here. Likely to be sitting leaders back he is racing well enough at the moment to be dangerous if that’s how the race unfolds.

3. Its Back Page News led up a stronger race at Albion Park last start and stuck on well to finish 3rd. No doubt she will be put on the speed here and she looks to have an obvious chance.

8. Whostolemypigeon seems to have a found new lease of life in recent months. Chased hard 2 starts back in a quick mile rate before sprinting well last start in a race that turned into a sprint up the straight.

2. Studleigh Mark did plenty of work in the run at Marburg on Sunday. With options likely available to him here he should be thereabouts.
