Race 1 - MARK BUBE MAIDEN 407m

The start of this race was delayed slightly due to an interstate harness race running behind schedule.

No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 2 - GARY WEEDING NOVICE 407m

Tigger – (Beaten favourite 7^th) Dragged down from behind and checked on two occasions racing off the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

More Energy – Checked noticeably around the first turn. Checked approaching the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 3 - DALLAS BECKETT GRADE 5 (1) 407m

Here Comes Lucy – Severely checked and fell around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 4 - CLINT THOMPSON GRADE 4 407m

Grande Bahama – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of trainer C Pollard and no apparent abnormalities were detected.

Race 5 - DINKY DI 4/5 GRADE FINAL MIXED 4/5 407m

Prior to the all-clear stewards viewed the replays in regard to the lure distance from the lead greyhound around the first turn. Stewards could not be satisfied that the lure proximity to the lead greyhound had any material impact on any runner and all-clear was given.

Out Of The Bottle – Checked noticeably around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Bahama Boy - Checked noticeably around the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Slippery Witch - Checked noticeably around the first turn. Checked racing into the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 7 - NEWSXPRESS ROCKHAMPTON ROCKY CARNIVAL SPRINT FINAL OPEN 407m

Blue Ocean View – (Beaten favourite 5^th) Slow to begin. Checked racing into the back straight.

Race 8 - DYNAMIC ELECTRICAL ROCKHAMPTON CUP (G2) FINAL OPEN 510m

No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 9 - KEN BOODY MIXED 3/4 407m

Barcelona Boy – Slow to begin. Checked soon after the start. Appeared awkward in its action racing off the back straight and then gave ground over the final 150m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a sprained left wrist and a 10 day stand down was issued.

Race 10 - SCOTT GILLETT GRADE 5 (2) 407m

No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 11 - LEONIE GILLETT GRADE 5 (3) 407m

No matters of concern.

Race 12 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS MA5 407m

Jonah Love – Shifted wide in the back straight and stumbled when appearing to brush the outside fence. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.
