Bumped on jumping. Jockey reported that his mount travelled comfortably in the lead throughout the early and middle stages. However, as runner improved to his mount’s outside near the 500m, his mount failed to respond to his riding, before weakening under pressure in the run to the line. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have tied-up. Stewards will follow up the post-race condition and future race plans for the mare in the days subsequent.
