Saga Miss  Slow to begin. Held up approaching and rounding home turn and near 400m had to be checked when dissapointed for a run. Post race vet exam revealed laceratino to hind leg consistent with being galloped on. When questioned as to performance rider stated that horse performs well when able to improve into the race from the 600m. Stole the Show  Began awkwardly attempted to buck shortly after start. Rider questioned re performance - stated that despite attempting to buck in early stages filly travelled well during middle stages. Added rounding home turn attempted to follow STARANTE, eventual winner, into the race however filly failed to respond as expected and was disappointing. Rider noted filly made abnormal noise, which indicated it may have choked down during the race. Warning placed racing manners. How Big's the Hole  Rider reported that the filly raced greenly throughout and was inclined to hang out proving difficult to ride over the final 200m.  Gold Coast  21/11/2015 
Mishani Shiraz  Rider reported saddle slipped back on jumping away and as a result the filly attempted to buck shortly thereafter. Rider added the filly continued to race ungenerously and as a result was obliged to ease it out of the race passing the 600m. Vetted - no abnormalities. Kayenta  Held up for clear running rounding the home turn. Jockey K. Yoshida reported to stewards it was not his intention to race as far forward as he did tonight, however after beginning well he did not have to overly pressure his mount in obtaining a forward position. Trainer K. Kemp stated he was surprised to see the mare racing as far forward, however from the inside barrier was content to see the mare travelling comfortably in a handy position.  Toowoomba  21/11/2015

Spinifex Fire  Inquiry app. A. Denby's riding over the final 600m, in particular not improving prior to the home turn when there opportunity to do so. App. Denby said she had specific instructions to improve to the inside of other runners and to keep the horse balanced around the tight track before pressuring it soon after straightening, which she did. Stewards advised apprentice Denby, bearing in mind the short straight at Kilcoy, that it would have been a better option to put her mount into the race earlier than she did on this occasion.   Kilcoy  19/11/2015
