Kemp, was questioned regarding his whip action over the concluding stages when joined by Lever Lever, which shifted out under pressure. Stewards found that whilst apprentice Oliver had changed his whip action, they were not of the opinion that his action had changed to the extent that a breach of the rules had occurred.
