Real Classic Began awkwardly. Passing the 1000m steadied when bumped by MY CRIMSON LAD on a number of occasions. Raced wide throughout. Gold Coast 11/06/2016

Libelula When questioned regarding the tactics adopted, apprentice L. Tarrant stated that in the early stages he was of the opinion FOX FORCE FIVE would cross to the lead and he was therefore content to follow that horse across and settle in a position outside the lead. However when SNOWY MOET improved to that horse’ inside it became apparent he would be caught 3 wide and he attempted near the 1000m to steady and take up a trailing position behind FOX FORCE FIVE. Atouchmore Bumped at start. Hampered between runners shortly after the start. Raced wide with cover for the majority of the event Toowoomba 22/10/2016
C'mome Paddyreilly Became unbalanced passing the 800m when having to be steadied away from the heels of CASH'N'RUN, which shifted in. Raced wide throughout. Ipswich 21/10/2016
Eastern Paradise Began awkwardly. Gold Coast 15/10/2016
Just Truckin' Shifted in near the 1000m when overracing and made heavy contact with LIPSTICK LOVER, which became unbalanced. JUST TRUCKIN’ continued to overrace and had to be checked from heels near the 900m. Had to be checked severely from heels passing the 800m. Doomben 12/10/2016

Billy the Kid Slow to begin. A short distance later hampered by MR ADJUDICATOR. Raced 3 wide without cover for majority of event. Gold Coast 11/06/2016
Cornforth J. Orman reported that it had been his intention to obtain cover in the early stages, however when unable to do so he elected to allow his mount to stride forward and as a result sat three wide without cover. Sunshine Coast 23/10/2016

Henry's Affair Near 500m steadied when awkwardly placed at heels of CITRUS WISH. Difficulty obtaining clear running early stages of home straight before being held up approaching the 200m when disappointed for a run. Gold Coast 19/10/2016

Ashiko Change of tactics. Trainer D. Forster advised stewards that from the wide barrier and blinkers on first time, the instructions were for the gelding to be ridden in a more forward position today. The horse subsequently raced just off the speed Beaudesert 29/09/2016
Sharp Speedo Jumped away awkwardly. Had to be steadied near the 600m when improving to the inside of another runner. Had to be steadied away from heels inside the 200m and then shifted out to obtain clear running near the 100m. Doomben 12/10/2016

Mandryka Had to be steadied near the 1000m when tightened for room by Sunny Victory, which shifted in. B. Stewart, rider of Sunny Victory, was advised to exercise more care. Eagle Farm 15/10/2016
Sagamama Held up in the early stages of the straight. Was further tightened for room between runners near the $300m. Eagle Farm 15/10/2016
Aldesaar When asked to comment, rider B. Pengelly could offer no explanation for the horse’s disappointing performance, stating that the horse failed to let down when pressured in the home straight. He indicated that the horse may appreciate a softer racing surface. Sunshine Coast 23/10/2016
Grobbelaar In early part of home straight was held up for clear running and near 300m had to alter course to the inside of the heels of COURT'S STAR in order to improve. Eagle Farm 29/10/2016

Brocson Clipped heels and blundered when attempting to secure clear running rounding the home turn. Ipswich 14/10/2016
Fastquest Held up rounding the home turn. Leaving the 300m had to be steadied from the heels of AUDREE. Gold Coast 19/10/2016
No Magic Needed Change of tactics. Connections advised that the horse would be ridden in a more forward position if circumstances permit. The horse subsequently settled midfield. Bumped shortly after the start. Doomben 12/10/2016
One More Two More Question re performance, rider explained his mount raced comfortably throughout the event, however passing the 800m when asked to improve his mount was forced to raced wide. Also stated in his opinion the gelding failed to appreciate the slow tempo of the event. Trainer concurred with the comments made by rider. A post race vet exam revealed no abnormalities. Race 7
Friendly Dragon Trainer L. Ross was questioned regarding the gelding's improved performance. Mr Ross stated that the gelding appears to race better at Eagle Farm and has won three races at the track. He added that the horse also appreciates the distance of today's event of 1400m, and noted that today he removed the blinkers, which may have assisted the horse's chances. Eagle Farm 22/10/2016
Brotherly Secret Raced wide from the 800m. Apprentice B. Grylls was questioned regarding her tactics. She stated that she had been instructed to ride the gelding with cover and due to its wide barrier the horse raced further back in the field than it has at previous starts. Trainer R. Maybe Even You T. Harrison reported that her mount travelled well until under pressure at the 400m and became unbalanced before weakening badly in the home straight. She indicated that she had some concerns with the horse’s action. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the horse to be lame in the near hind leg. Trainer L. Ross was advised that he will be required to produce a veterinary clearance for the horse prior to its next start. Sunshine Coast 02/07/2016
