Cruze	Kicked out with its near hind leg as the start was effected and was slow to begin. Jockey questioned regarding tactics, stating that the gelding overraced in the early stages and as a consequence allowed the gelding to improve to the outside of the eventually leader. Jockey expressed disappointment with overall performance and in hindsight conceded the gelding may be better suited when ridden more conservatively with cover.
