Stewards questioned Jockey A Mallyon regarding the tactics adopted from a point near the 500m.Jockey Mallyon stated that approaching the 500m his options were limited as he would have expected DEBAUB to have commenced to improve past the leader MISS DE BLASS and when this did not occur, he was obliged to wait until entering the home straight to shift onto the back of DEBAUB.
