Devine Factor Jumped very awkwardly and shifted out. Weakened badly in the home straight. Vetted - no abnormalities. Trainer advised filly will now be sent for an immediate spell. Eagle Farm 22/06/2019
Se Rendre Lunged forward in the barriers, was removed, examined by the veterinary surgeon and cleared to start. Rider momentarily lost the use of his nearside rein at the 300m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed that the filly had some blood in one nostril and blood in its mouth with a loose tooth, which in the opinion of the veterinary surgeon may have been the result of head trauma due to the incident in the barriers prior to the start. Timely Bel Commenced to overrace when the pace slackened approaching the 700m and had to be restrained from heels on a couple of occasions. Ipswich 30/10/2019

Dark Archer Bumped between runners shortly after the start. When questioned by Stewards in relation to the seemingly improved performance, trainer Mr. S. Kendrick advised that at its previous start at Ipswich over 1350m the gelding had to be ridden aggressively to obtain a forward position, and he felt that it was only over the latter stages of that race that the horse’s condition ran out. He added that in preparation for today’s race, the gelding had worked strongly in blinkers and he felt that it had travelled better today based on its recent trackwork. Gatton 07/11/2019

William When quest re perf. rdr mount settled in handy posn & only travelled fairly. Rdr stated that when the field commenced to improve from 600m his mount was under pressure to improve with them & did not feel comfortable on shifty track conditions at that section of the course. Rdr stated on straightening mount failed to let down on firmer going & he did not test from 200m when a beaten horse. Foreman advised he does not believe geld ran out dist & it stable would drop back in dist next start. Undertook to report anything amiss in coming days. P/R vet exam no ab's. Grafton 29/10/2019

Sauerkraut Commenced to weaken leaving the 700m and then near the 600m blundered of its own accord causing Jockey R. Plumb to be dislodged. At a subsequent inquiry, Stewards established that the incident was a direct result of the racing manners of Sauerkraut at that point. Signature Street Jumped awkwardly and lost ground. Jockey M. Cahill reported that the gelding travelled well until the home turn when the horse became unbalanced before being somewhat disappointing over the concluding stages. He added that this may have been as a result of the horse having its first start racing in the clockwise direction. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any significant abnormality. Ligreb Rider re performance - explained instructions were to sit handy with cover if possible however, if no speed connections would be satisfied to take the lead without applying pressure. Further explained mare had a reasonable run in middle stages although POOR CORNER had applied some pressure in the middle stages and in her opinion the mare was not overly disappointing. Of the opinion the mare may be better suited when ridden with cover and possibly may not have run out a strong 1400m today. Explanation noted. Aquis Park Gold Coast 05/11/2019
Toujours L'amour Struck its hip in the tie-up stalls, examined by the veterinary surgeon and cleared to start. A further veterinary examination after arriving at the barriers also cleared the horse to race. Bumped with ENTERPRISE LOUISE near the 250m. Eagle Farm 02/11/2019

Race 8
Soldiers Jumped away awkwardly, almost dislodging its rider. Then continued to race ungenerously in the early stages when overracing. Connections were advised that a warning would be placed on the horse’s racing manners. Improved onto heels near the 300m, causing its rider to stop riding and shift out abruptly in order to secure clear running, and a short distance later and was unable to secure clear running until leaving the 200m. A post race veterinary examination revealed the horse was suffering from heat stress. Trainer S. Kendrick was advised that the gelding would require a veterinary clearan Sunshine Coast 01/11/2019

Poor Corner After passing the 900m commenced to hang in and proved difficult to ride and then shortly after straightening commenced to weaken and finished a distant last.
