Bravado Miss Commenced to hang out after passing the 600m and eventually finished on the outside fence in the home straight. Vetted and found to have some sharp teeth and cuts in its mouth. Trainer L. Livingstone was advised taht teh filly would have to pass an official trial prior to racing again. Jockey M. Cox explained that the filly has not been at its best in recent starts and was sound in its action on pulling up. Ipswich 03/03/2017

Ralph the Dragon Bumped heavily at the start and a short distance later had to be checked when severely tightened for room. Gatton 21/03/2017
Marauding's Girl Weakened over the concluding stages. When questioned, jockey S. Apthorpe stated that while he had to work hard in the early stages to maintain his position on the rail, he expected the mare to finish off the race more strongly than she did. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Roma 18/03/2017
Chayse 'n' Mason Apprentice A. Sewell was asked to comment on the horse’s performance. He indicated that the horse did not respond to his riding from the 500m and was very disappointing. He added that connections were of the view that the horse races best when able to obtain the lead and dictate the race. A post-race veterinary examination the gelding to be sore across the back region. Trainer B. Gill was advised that the horse will require a veterinary clearance prior to racing again. Ibelieveicanfly When questioned regarding the disappointing performance, apprentice H. English explained that the mare failed to respond when placed under pressure near the 500m and attributed this to the prevailing track conditions. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to be suffering from mild heat stress. Gatton 21/03/2017
