Shifted out abruptly at the start crowding the outside runners. Stewards spoke with App in regards to her riding of the mare, in particular her tactics adopted over the concluding stages. After entering the home straight App attempted to improve into a doubtful run to the inside of a forward runner and continued to persist in gaining this run when there was opportunity to shift to the outside of this runner where she would have had clear running to the finish. App concurred with Stewards that shifting to the outside would have been the better option.

Began very awkwardly, shifted out and made heavy contact with another runner. Made the first turn near the 1500 metres awkwardly. Jockey pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding, the careless riding being that near the 200 metres he shifted his mount from a position on the fence to being approximately four horses off the fence and directly into the running of its outside runner resulting in that jockey having to check and lose it's rightful running.
