Fancourt pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding in that near the 500m she did ride in a careless manner by forcing a run between the leader CASINO GARDENS and GENERAL ASSAULT, causing PORTSEA and GENERAL ASSAULT to be buffeted and become unbalanced. Further that jockey Fancourt continued to press for that run and leaving the 400m shifted out under pressure, causing GENERAL ASSAULT to be tightened on to the hind quarters of DOWNLOADING, causing GENERAL ASSAULT to be checked at that point.
