Chasing Acres

Became fractious in the mounting yard and upon arriving at the barriers, and broke through its tongue-tie. As this gear was unable to be refitted, Stewards permitted the gelding to race without this gear. The start was further delayed when CHASING ACRES proved difficult to load. Trainer Mr. J. Gregory was advised that the gelding must barrier trial to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to racing again. Competed satisfactorily in a Toowoomba jumpout on 26/02/19.
