Beau D'argent  Rider D. Brown reported that at no stage throughout the event did the gelding travel comfortably and he was forced to place pressure on his mount at various times during the early and middle stages to hold its position, however the gelding offered very little when placed under pressure in the home straight and weakened over the final 200m. I'm No Ruby  Raced wide throughout. Stewards questioned trainer P. Kings in relation to the seemingly improved performance of I'M NO RUBY. Mr Kings advised that at its most recent start when beaten a considerable distance, the gelding failed to perform when racing on a heavy track. Mr Kings added that its form prior to this was satisfactory and as such, when racing on a firm surface today, he was not surprised to see the horse run an improved race. Stewards noted the explanation.  Dalby  28/03/2015
