Divine Dice Shifted out when steadying from heels passing the 800m. Doomben 10/09/2016
Vintage Beauty When questioned as to the performance, App. A Sewell stated that the mare became awkward of its own accord passing the 900m and then was inclined to over-race during the middle stages. App. Sewell added that leaving the 600m he was placed in restricted room to the inside of THE BURGLAR. Notwithstanding these factors, he was disappointed with the mare’s overall performance. Trainer T Edmonds advised mare will now be sent for a spell. Post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities Gold Coast 03/09/2016

Swiss Art After racing greenly, overraced on to the heels of MR BELLAGIO when the pace slackened near the 600m and had to be checked, became very awkward and shifted out making contact with another runner. Lost the off fore plate in running. Sunshine Coast 08/01/2017
Pandora's Tale Steadied from heels shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to the off foreleg consistent with being galloped on. Ipswich 30/12/2016

Shoneck Affair Connections advised that if the horse jumps well from the wide gate it will be the intention to have the horse ridden in a forward position. After being caught five wide in the early stages, raced wide throughout without cover, and then was hampered on the home turn. Eagle Farm 11/01/2017
Sound Investment Trainer L. Birchley presented the horse without a noseband. The horse was permitted to race without that gear, however Mr Birchley was fined $100 for failing to effect a gear change for the horse. Hung out rounding the home turn. Sunshine Coast 01/01/2017

Ascot Bound Forced wider rounding the home turn. Bell 07/01/2017
Cartagena Had to be steadied when racing in restricted room near the 1400m. When racing keenly approaching the 1300m shifted out to avoid the heels of another runner and as a result shifted wider on the track. Toowoomba 24/09/2016

Winning Accord Began awkwardly. Shifted out when overracing and racing keenly passing the 1100m and bumped LADY NO MORE. Commenced to overrace when the pace steadied after passing the 800m, shifted three wide to avoid heels and raced three wide thereafter. Ipswich 06/01/2017

Venecia Inconvenienced by another runner at the start. Steadied near the 900m. Apprentice H. English, the rider of CRAWFISH, was reprimanded for allowing her mount to shift in near the 900m. Checked and lost significant ground near the 500m and was unable to improve into the race until leaving the 400m. Sunshine Coast 08/01/2017

I'm Thinking When questioned regarding the performance of the gelding, L. Dittman stated that the horse raced in its usual pattern of being tardy to muster speed and then travelled reasonably in the early and middle stages, however, when asked for an effort over the concluding stages failed to respond to his riding. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Ipswich 06/01/2017

Late Payment Apprentice B. Panya reported that her mount travelled well until asked for an effort entering the home straight when it failed to respond to her riding and, in her opinion, proved somewhat disappointing. Miss Panya also added that in her opinion the horse may not have appreciated today’s firm racing surface. Sunshine Coast 01/01/2017

Sweet Bucks Raced in a distant last position for the entire event despite the urgings of its rider. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings, however as the rider reported that the horse had made an abnormal breathing noise during the event, trainer L. Birchley was advised to produce the results of an endoscopic examination prior to the horse racing again. Ipswich 06/01/2017
