Byrne attempted to restrain the horse it commenced to overrace and he was unable to take a sit at the girth of EXCEED ALL ODDS. J. Byrne was questioned regarding the horse’s disappointing performance. Refer Stewards Report. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an abnormal upper respiratory noise. The horse will require a veterinary clearance, together with the results of an endoscopic examination, before it races again.
