Hezhome
|
Overraced in the early stages. Laid in under pressure in the straight. When questioned regarding the performance of HEZHOME, jockey A Sewell stated his mount failed to travel throughout the event and failed to respond to his riding when placed under pressure in the home straight and ran to the line in a disappointing manner. Trainers rep C Smith stated HEZHOME pleased in its work and could offer no explanation for the performance. A post-race vet exam revealed no abs. Trainer since reported he had HEZHOME scoped which showed lymphoid hyperplasia and would now be spelled as a result.
