Rider reported that after beginning well, she obtained a favourable position one out, one back, however when the pace of the race steadied near the 700m, she improved onto heels and lost some ground, and then at the 500m she was held up and unable to improve after being caught on the heels of a tiring runner. She added that when securing a clear run rounding the home turn she was again momentarily steadied when another runner shifted in when not fully clear, however in the home straight ran on strongly. |

Johnson indicated that it may be his intention to now spell the horse. Mr Johnson was advised that in the event that the horse is not spelled, he will be required to produce a veterinary clearance prior to its next start. |
