She stated that after beginning well from the wide draw and being caught 4 deep rounding the 1500 metre turn she initially considered restraining her mount to a trailing position, however OUR GRANDE FINALE soon after commenced to race keenly and as a result remained racing in a 4 deep position for a major portion of the race.
