Racing Queensland manages the commercial elements of racing, which includes setting race days, prize money, scratching, handicaps, venue registration, insurance, jockey and driver welfare, and associated complaints.
All complaints received by Racing Queensland are treated confidentially.
Although we accept anonymous complaints we prefer that you give your details so that we can contact you if we require further information or clarification. It may not always be possible for us to act on anonymous information.
RQ must investigate complaints that involve, or may involve, corrupt conduct by our Chief Executive Officer, in accordance with the requirements of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001.
If there are grounds to suspect that the Chief Executive Officer is involved in corrupt conduct, a complaint (including any relevant information or matter) can be emailed to RQ’s Executive General Manager – Legal, Risk & Insurance at ceocomplaints@racingqueensland.com.au.
