Employer of Choice

What does it take to be an Employer of Choice?

Racing Queensland is proud to be recognised as an Employer of Choice at the 2023 Australian Business Awards, a prestigious accolade that reflects our dedication to creating an exceptional workplace. Achieving this recognition requires a steadfast commitment to innovation, employee engagement, and community partnerships, while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for our team members.

This Award is testament to RQs dedication to connecting Queenslanders through great racing, events and the love of our animals. The Queensland racing industry is one of the state’s most significant employers with more than 15,500 FTE.
