Racing Queensland advises greyhound timeslot changes on Tuesday 8 October 2019.
Ipswich greyhounds will now race in the night timeslot with a start time of approximately 7pm.
Townsville greyhounds will now race in the twilight timeslot with a start time of approximately 3pm.
Temperatures are predicted to reach 40 degrees at Ipswich on Tuesday and as such the meeting has been transferred to the night to allow greyhounds to kennel and race in cooler temperatures.
Nominations for the Townsville meeting close tomorrow (Thursday 3 October) at 9.30am.
Nominations for the Ipswich meeting close on Friday 4 October at 9.30am.
