Racing Queensland has adopted new finance procedures in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
In order to ensure business continuity, finance staff have vacated the RQ office and are now working remotely.
As a result, RQ finance staff will no longer be able to receive phone calls or faxes until further notice.
All correspondence should be directed via email to ar@racingqueensland.com.au or text message to 0437 654 133.
Fee payments
All invoices due are now required to be paid via direct deposit through an online banking system.
Fee payments cannot be accepted via credit card payments or through the mailing of cheques.
RQ’s bank details include:

Please include your client code or invoice number as the reference.
Additionally, invoice and remittance advices will only be distributed via email.

Prize money payments
It is RQ’s present intention to maintain its current weekly prize money payment schedule which includes:
- Harness racing on Tuesday;
- Greyhound racing on Wednesday; and
- Thoroughbred racing on Thursday.
If you do not receive your prize money payment on the scheduled day, you may need to update your bank details.
To do so, please fill out the prize money details form and email it along with photo ID to ar@racingqueensland.com.au.
