Racing Queensland confirms that further to the implementation of the (COVID-19 enforced) Designated Racing Region System, the Mackay TC race meeting on Tuesday 31 March will be restricted to horses trained in the Central Zone (CZ).
Accordingly, horses trained outside of the CZ cannot compete at the meeting and will need to be withdrawn. No fees will be applicable to any such withdrawal.
And, given the late change to the conditions of the race meeting, nominations for it (for CZ trained horses only) have been extended to 9:00am, tomorrow, Friday 27 March.
Weights will be reissued following the extended nomination deadline tomorrow, Friday 27 March, & the revised acceptance deadline is 12:00 noon, tomorrow, Friday 27 March. Rider declaration deadline will be 2:00pm, tomorrow, Friday 27 March.
