Racing Queensland has advised that the horse, Uncle Shank (Warrawee Needy – Presidential Night), is not QBRED eligible as previously advertised.
An administrative error led to the horse being made eligible for the scheme and this error has now been rectified.
Given the horse is currently the subject of a public auction - and has appeared in pre-post markets for the
QBRED 2YO Triad Final (Colts and Geldings) – clarification of the matter was deemed necessary.
The Queensland Racing Integrity Commission has been alerted to the error so the appropriate action can be taken with respect to any previous races that may have been impacted to date.
