RACE EIGHT
RUM DELIGHT (3) makes his Qld debut for Jack Butler and arrives with a last start 3rd over the Menangle mile. 6m from the winner 2 starts back when looking to make a closing play, if he can handle his 1st look at the Redcliffe track, he looks the one they have to beat.
A KERRY MAN (6) rolled forward from gate 5 to do his share of early work in the run last time before taking cover and then only finishing 2 from the winner MOLLYS SECRET. Finishing over the top of them 2 starts back at the 2040m, if he can limit the early burn to find position, he can challenge.
PACIFIC COIN (9) shoots for the hat-trick after winning here over the 2040m and backing that up with a win on the grass at Warwick. The gate dents his chances, but he will not be far away.
OUR PEPPERJACK (1) has been out of the winners circle for 18 months and while he is not likely a winning threat in this, he should be able to get a cosy run in behind the speed.
