The annual Texas JC Cup non-Tab race meeting on Saturday, December 11 has been ABANDONED due to flooding of the racetrack.
The Texas race meeting is another casualty of the abnormal rain received in the Darling Downs region over the past week.
More than 75% of the Texas race complex is currently under water after the flooding from the Dumaresq River.
RQ has approved a replacement race date for the Texas JC on Saturday, February 19, 2022 which will feature the Texas Cup Open Hcp 1200m.
Due to the abandonment, additional races have been added to upcoming Chinchilla RC non-Tab meeting on Saturday, December 18. The additional races are:
