Racing Queensland has advised that the Sunshine Coast Turf Club meeting scheduled for the Polytrack on Sunday, February 27 has been abandoned.
With rain continuing to fall across South East Queensland, including a significant number of road closures, the decision has been made with participant and equine welfare in mind.
Participants including trainers and jockeys have been advised of the abandonment via SMS.
