The annual Quilpie Diggers' Race Club Cup non-TAB meeting today, Saturday April 29, has been abandoned due to weather/state of the track.
Saturday morning rainfall has caused the racetrack to be unsuitable for racing.
The meeting, which featured a qualifier for the feature Battle of the Bush series, has been rescheduled to Saturday, May 13.
The same race program will be retained for the rescheduled race meeting on May 13, with fresh nominations required to be lodged by 11am on Tuesday, May 9.
The Club will conduct a “phantom” betting meeting today with all facilities available.
