RACE ONE
CHASIN DREAMZ (2) has a great record here at Redcliffe, but her best form is all over the 1780 and she lines up here looking to claim her first win beyond 10 furlongs. Not suited when asked to sit parked last start from gate 6, she can take control early here and look to capitalise. OFFICE BAD BOY (9) has faced his share of tough gates in recent starts and lands another second line here to negotiate. Making late metres last start when 7m form the winner SKIPPERS SWAN SONG. Retreating early from gate 5 two runs back before working home late, he can throw it down here. SUBTLE ADVICE (4) grabbed the bronze last start when pressing on with it from the second line to sit parked as KHULAN KID dictated in front. He can get forward to feature once again. LESVOS LAD (8) was snookered against the inside last time out when finishing 7m from DIPPED IN SIVLER. Midfield to FLOORLESS the start prior, he is a podium chance in this line up. RACE TWO FOVEAUX MAJOR (1) tackled this trip four runs back from a wide gate where he was snagged off the arm in the early stages. Owning the superior closing power, he rounded them up and claimed a 5m margin. Unplaced in three runs since, he can stalk the speed here and land the snipers shot. CHANCELESS CENTURY (2) started from inside the second line last time out where he was locked away and searching for space when 3rd to MISTER HART. Midfield the start prior, he can bustle out of the machine to look for early supremacy and be gripping on in the stretch. ASHLEE NITRO (4) was hitting the line smartly last start to be midfield when just 3m from the winner MOUNT HERCULES. Beaten a half0head here three runs back, she is never too far from them. JOHNROD (8) was not suited when locked away on the inside last time out when finishing midfield behind MISSTREPO. He can get through early to be near the action and chase a podium return. RACE THREE THE HARRIS HAWK (7) has been in a consistent run of form and was building towards a victory after three successive placings. Scoring over this trip two starts back, he was runner-up again last start behind DIEGO DELGADO. Sweating on holding leaders back, under that scenario, he can arrive. MATAI REACTOR (5) was locked away three back on the inside last time out and never had the space when needed in finishing just out of the money behind GRIGORA. A winner when descending on them from this gate three runs back, he can make a closing raid to throw it down again. PURPLE SHADES (1) started form inside the second line last time out and when positions were sorted was buried in the run. Placed in all three prior attempts, he has options here to feature. SKIPPERS SWAN SONG (4) faced the outside second line gate last time out and was strong to the line wide off the track to grab victory. She can be chiming in again here. RACE FOUR
The first of four Show Finals looks the strongest and from the 10m mark KEAYANG TARA (8) can look to find the right position. Just 1m from subsequent G1 winner QUIK CHANGE, she then claimed two wins and a 2nd in three runs at the show. Runner-up over the AP mile since, she can capitalise. GOSLING IN FLIGHT (7) will be the inside runner from the 10m tape and if able to negotiate the early passage for a favourable position, can be ready to strike. A passing lane winner last start here on The Triangle, he won the last of his three Show appearances and can issue the challenge here. JANG PEL (2) also claimed the last of his three starts at the Ekka. Placed at four successive starts prior to the show, he is safe off the tapes and can settle forward to make a play. MAJORDOIT (13) will have to be at his best from the 30m impost over the sprint trip. At his best he would certainly be a factor and with a last start 3rd behind MYMATEPOG at HQ in smart time, can feature here. RACE FIVE ROLLED IN GOLD (4) made full use of the return to The Triangle last start after some tidy efforts on the big deck at HQ. Sent out in red figures from gate 3, she was exposed early before receiving cover and then pulling away late to claim a 9m margin. She can get forward again to capitalise. MISTER HART (5) is chasing a hat-trick of victories after successive wins at the 1780 trip. Firing out to take control last start, he pulled clear to a 5m margin and move to second on the all-time list for most ever Redcliffe victories. The wider gate and middle trip sting, but he can throw it down.
GRIGORA (9) settled in the running line from this same gate last time out and when produced, had the speed to arrive in the last strides for victory. With the right trip he can be joining in again. JUSTROLLINGAROUND (2) was a winner here four runs back at her first Redcliffe appearance when powering over the top after facing a second line gate, Placed in all three since, she can feature again. SELECTIONS: ROLLED IN GOLD (4), MISTER HART (5), GRIGORA (9), JUSTROLLINGAROUND (2) SUGGESTED BET: ROLLED IN GOLD (4) to win
RACE SIX The second of the Show Finals where JILLIBY GIZMO (1) can look to make full use of his starting lane off the front tape. With two Ekka wins and a second in another contest, he has a tidy record here on The Triangle and can make the most of his manners to capitalise. ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (12) placed third in his first two Show appearances before claiming claimed a pair of victories. Taking that form to The Creek last start, he darted through on the passing lane to claim a 2m victory. The 10m and traffic issues hurt, but his right up to issuing the challenge. DELIGHTFUL RAINBOW (11) is a six-time winner here at Redcliffe with her last race start when not too far from subsequent G1 winner QUIK CHANGE. With the right cart into the contest, she can feature. MAJORMISS (9) tackled the 3YO fillies Triad heats when not too far from the winner in a midfield finish. Runner-up at her first Ekka outing and following that with a victory, she is in the mix here. RACE SEVEN LAST CALL (4) was having her first Qld appearance here four runs back when settled in the running line from a second line gate. Making some late metres to grab the bronze, she then placed at her next two starts. Firing out to lead throughout last time for the breakthrough, she can go again. DELIGHT OF RANI (6) is afforded no favours from the outside paint at his second run back from a spell. Resuming when settled rearward and chasing behind SHES IN LINE, he finds a suitable race to chase a second career victory. DONT FEAR FOR ME (5) forced the issue last start in a stronger contest and was still fighting when holding on for the silver behind DIEGO DELGADO. He can hustle early to be in the fight again. KIWI ROYALTY (3) broke the maiden tag here last week when easing form the 1x1 trail to cruise home to a 6m margin. With some confidence from that win and a similar run, she can chime in. RACE EIGHT MAN OF ACTION (4) was winless in four show starts but will appreciate a return to a bigger track here where he is a two-time winner. Claiming a Marburg victory at the end of July when sent around them in the early stages, if he can step safely, he can force the issue here to take his shot. HESLUVABLE (7) placed in both show outings to gain a start here. Following those show runs from gate 3 over the AP mile, he was put on the engine soon after the start and was never in danger in claiming a 5m margin. Needing some factors in his favour to find space, he can challenge. WHATELEY (1) was sent for a spell back in January and warmed up for the Ekka with a tidy trial performance. Tightened from three show starts with the alley helping his chances for this. ALWAYS AT NIGHT (8) was runner-up here two starts back after settling back in the pack and finishing it off in nice style. With the right trip, he has podium claims once again. RACE NINE CRUZ JOSHUA (2) is a 2YO tackling the older performers here as he chases a maiden breaking victory after a dozen appearances. 4m from GLENEAGLE VEE CEE in the Triad Consoslation, he closed hard for the bronze two back when 2m from JOEYS ON A ROLL. Start 13 can prove the lucky one. SHOOBEE RIGHT (1) is still chasing a Redcliffe victory after his 10 appearances here on The Triangle have returned 7 minor placings. Out of the money in the Triad Consolation last start following a midfield finish in the heats, he comes up with all the options to challenge. BLONDIEINTHEBACK (5) has a tricky gate to contend with here at just her third career start. A long way from the winner on debut, she was sharper second up and can be joining in here. HAPPY SNAP (8) has placed at her past three starts since returning from a spell. 2m away two starts back when runner-up, she was again in 2nd last start behind KIWI ROYALTY and has podium claims. RACE TEN
The last of the four Show Finals where all bar one runner will be coming from the 10m impost. CHAKANA (11) was last sighted at an official meeting back in mid-July but has had five show outings since that run. With the capacity field and looking wide open, she might just hold the winning raffle ticket. SPICE BOY (5) was a Marburg winner three runs back when finding the front and taking them all the way. Meeting some tougher opposition at his next two, he hit the board in all three Ekka starts which included a victory. If he can get away from the tapes, he can throw it down. FRIDAY THIRTEENTH (3) was not too far from the winner MATAI REACTOR here last start which followed a midfield return behind RABY BAY. Placed in 2 of 4 at the show, he is in the mix. SUBLTE CHAY (10) was asked to hang tough outside the leader here back in July when second up from a spell. Winless in five show appearances since that run, he can chime in here.
