Sunshine Coast Turf Club meeting transferred to Polytrack

Racing Queensland confirms that the race meeting scheduled for Sunday, March 31, at Sunshine Coast Turf Club has now been transferred to the venue’s Polytrack following a continuation of heavy rainfall in the area. 

The movement of the meeting has necessitated some change to the program & accordingly the revised program is:

• Benchmark 65 Handicap - 1100 metres - $28,000;
• Benchmark 62 Handicap - 2000 metres - $28,000;
• Benchmark 58 Handicap - 1400 metres - $28,000;
• Benchmark 55 Handicap - 1000 metres - $28,000;
• Class 1 Handicap - 1600 metres - $28,000;
• Maiden Plate (Set Weights) - 1400 metres - $30,000;
• Maiden Plate (Set Weights) - 1000 metres - $30,000; and
• 2YO Maiden Plate (Set Weights) - 1100 metres - $30,000 + QTIS

Fresh nominations for the meeting have been called for and the following deadlines are now applicable:

• Nominations:  Wednesday, March 27, at 2pm
• Weights: Wednesday, March 27, at 5pm
• Acceptances: Thursday, March 28, at midday
• Jockeys: Thursday, March 28, at 2pm
