Racing Queensland advises that following an amendment to the planned renovation period for the course proper at Townsville Turf Club, it has been necessary to make a change to the RQ Race Dates Calendar.
The track renovation period will now commence on Monday, August 19, and conclude prior to the club’s return to racing on Friday, September 27.
As a consequence the race meeting programmed for Monday, September 9, has been deleted from the schedule.
