The Bundaberg Greyhound Racing Club (BGRC) track surface was inspected on Tuesday, 8 October 2024, by Officials from QRIC and RQ. Following the inspection, it was determined that remedial work is required to bring the track to a suitable level for racing. RQ advises that the remedial work commenced on Monday, 14 October 2024, and is anticipated to take approximately 8 weeks to complete. QRIC and RQ Officials will inspect the BGRC track regularly while the works continue and provide further updates to participants as the work nears completion.
RQ has transferred the following meetings to Rockhampton:
Monday, November 11 – Night Meeting
Monday, November 25 – Night Meeting

The Bundaberg trainers travel subsidy, of $100 per trainer per meeting, will continue until further advised.
