SEQ race meetings update

Racing Queensland advises the following updates in regards to thoroughbred meetings in South East Queensland over the coming days.
- Ipswich Turf Club (April 24) – Abandoned after two of the seven races were run. Replacement programming opportunities are being considered;
- Gold Coast Turf Club @ Beaudesert (April 25) – Track currently rated Soft 6 and racing surface will be inspected tomorrow morning;
- Sunshine Coast Turf Club (April 25) – Track currently rated Heavy 8 with an unfavourable weather forecast. A decision as to whether the meeting proceeds will be made tomorrow morning;
- Brisbane Racing Club @ Eagle Farm (April 26) – Track currently rated Soft 6 and possibility of some rain tomorrow but likely clearing Saturday;
- Gold Coast Turf Club (April 26) – Track currently rated Heavy 8 and use of replacement Polytrack meeting is highly likely if more rain eventuates; and
- Toowoomba Turf Club (April 26) – Track currently rated in the Soft 4-5 range after 5mm of rainfall today. Forecast is relatively positive.
