The Allchin Airconditioning and Refrigeration Caloundra Cup Raceday will provide a thrilling conclusion to this year’s TAB Queensland Winter Racing Carnival.
In total, the Sunshine Coast Turf Club will host three black-type races at Corbould Park featuring the Listed Caloundra Cup and Glasshouse Handicap, along with the Group 3 Winx Guineas.
In 2015, Winx swept to a jaw-dropping victory in the Sunshine Coast Guineas, commencing a 32-race winning streak, including four successive Cox Plates, with the mighty mare never beaten again.
The race was renamed in her honour last year and will serve as the final Group race of the Carnival.
